Triple glazing as so close to the m25 Bridge crossing. Good breakfast.

Dirty carpet (stained) in comparison expensive for what you got. A reps overnight stay venue imo.

The hotel was perfectly located for our travelling plans, and it was quiet, comfortable and very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though we were ALMOST too late for. breakfast, we still got served and that was very nice too. Parking was also easy, even thought rh hotel was clearly very busy.

I was compromised in the room with my partner they gave the room key to another couple who opened the door to our room

It was challenging to locate late at night and I wasn't advised that there was a security gate to get through.

- strange smell in the room asked the staff if we could change room but they could only offer us a room without a working air. conditioning. Very hot to opt for that room so ended up staying with the original one and trying to ignore the smell

The staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. The food (especially dinner) was surprisingly good, especially for a budget hotel. Rooms were very clean and the staff maintaining them also very helpful

Seal around the shower door didn't fit well, meaning water leaked onto the floor. We also had to request more toilet paper.

It was convenient for where I was working. The staff, what little interaction I had was perfectly pleasant.

I arrived at 21:30 and left at 05:00, such was the situation I found myself in. That said a good night sleep was my top priority. Check in was absolutely fine and the staff were very attentive. The room was very basic but I was expecting that for the price that I paid. My issue, and this is for the senior managers here, is that the bed was a joke and the curtains were so flimsy they kept none of the car park lighting out. Bravo for saving a few pounds by zipping two single mattresses together and buying the cheapest curtains known to man. What you have done is created a single stayer. I stay in lots of hotels through the year but can assure you I won’t be choosing Ibis again. Enjoy your bonus and dividends guys

Hotel old but not so bad like staff, in reception

I came 2am to the hotel without reservation, and she said we cant take you, because its after midnight. I do not give up and she is give me a room. She was just lazy to do her job.

At the price, we weren't expecting anything great, but it was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and efficient and our pre conceptions were blown away. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a convenient and well priced budget hotel
