The room was very dated and unclean there was a full rubbish bag left sitting on a chair outside our room. For the price we payed the room was very disappointing

Paying buffet breakfast does Not include coffee.

Noisy air-conditioning and fridge. Could hardly sleep at ALL.

The Bed was very comfortable and the Night Manager was excellent in letting us in

The Face Cloth and Hand towel in our room was dirty and so was the Shower. The Pillows were very big, so you got a sore neck. The Outside light shone in to the Room and The Fan made noises

good rooms, comfortable, clean, cold beer after a long drive was nice

Check in was challenging, phone ran out a few times, no buzzer on gate(understand it would probably get stolen being Katherine) I had to wait until someone drove out, then snuck in. no after hours check in instructions given. bar manager tried to help, got hold of manager and was sorted. Manager was really friendly and pleasant and helpful. I could see she was so busy, so not a reflection on the team at all. will stay again, always going through got sorted quick and no complaints at all.
