The location is excellent! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

They charge $50 per hour if you ask for a late checkout which is a bit outrageous and unkind. The gym was a bit small.

Location was good with plenty places to walk to. My outlook over the gardens and ocean was very pleasant. The heating and cooling were adequate. There was ample supply of towels and linen.The bed was very comfortable.

I found the shower over the bath a little difficult to get in and out of. I think it is dangerous for an elderly person. The crockery was very dated and stained. The kitchen floor tiles need replacing as they are very badly chipped.

The location and the lovely spacious apartment with a view over the pool and beach. Was a fantastic family holiday. Would definitely come and stay again

Absolutely stunning property, the gardens here are so beautiful. I absolutely adored the ocean view from my room especially at sunrise. I loved the blend between modern comforts and cozy Mediterranean vibes. The room was super tidy and clean. I can’t wait to stay here again.

The only thing I would add is a conditioner bottle to the bathroom and for the washing machine detergent to be in the laundry area instead of wrapped up in the tea towel in the kitchen. I unfortunately didn’t use the kitchen until after I did washing so couldn’t find the detergent.

Small shower, very low lounge difficult to use. Only wheelchair access from street level apart from carpark and reception car ramps into building. Steep and unsafe to use in wheelchair.

Not enough time as it was a quick weekend getaway

The location was stunning. The room was clean, bedding, bathrooms, kitchens were just lovely. The balcony was spacious and looked towards the ocean, city and behind towards the hinterlands. All the facilities were excellent from the pool to gym. The rooms were quiet and very private. A beautiful experience. Plus the front reception staff were just beautiful and welcoming. Thankyou so much for making this experience special for us. We'd actually come from our home that was surrounded by back burning. So we were very comforted by where we stayed. We were watching the fires around our home from our apartment floor. Our home is fine!!!!!

Staff were amazing & extremely helpful when we didn’t have extra blankets they brang us not one but two. The resort is gorgeous and the rooftop & pool were amazing.

Cleaning of the unit was below par with contact lenses on coffee table, clothes in the cupboard & floor was dirty. Staff were not very helpful when we rang but on arrival were nice.

location and view were great. I used to frequent here ten years ago and was so excited to be back, the hotel itself is great as the rooms are good size, location and view.

it was so unclean we had to mop the floors ourselves when we arrived as reception was closed, there was a clump of hair in the fresh tea towel, lipstick on the glasses (fresh), crockery still in dishwasher, and to top it off the receptionist was so rude (rolling her eyes) when we tried to talk to her. there was zero ventilation In the bathroom so it was horrible to shower. our aircon worked on and off & not very cool when it did work. it was in lounge so still stuffy in bedroom. as no one was available as soon as we got there we were stuck with the room. they did try and contact us the day later when we were on a tour but we had no time to change rooms. we were also constantly contacted about checking in. what hotel closes reception at 4pm on a Friday & only open for a few hours on a weekend!? the last text said if we didn’t report to reception our access would be cut off. now our fee for hotel had come out a week prior & I think it unfair for US who are on holiday to respond to the timing of the hotel, where is the service attitude? we were gone most days sight seeing before it opened and they were gone by lunch. on the last day we were offered a room swap. by that time we had bought our own cleaning product & cleaned - yay for relaxing holidays.

Apartment is due for a refurbishment. 2 seater lounge is a bit tight - 2.5 seater would be better. A bit expensive for the age and condition of the apartment and a side view of the ocean.
