午前10時に行った。会員になることを条件に早期チェックインできたが、 アドレスを教えたので、後から迷惑ゴミメールがぞろぞろ来るだろう。

デポジットを50＄取るという。 ほん土のしなじんならともかく、日本人は部屋の備品をなにも持って行かない。 旅券を見て、ちゃんと区別してほしい。 クレジットカード手数料を説明なく、室料に載せてしまう。

Great location, and very convenient just near a train station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed at there for the Eras tour concert and the hotel was right into with Taylor cardboard cutouts in the lobby and playing her songs.

地下鉄キングルクロス駅ビクトリア通り口よりすぐ、というより ホテルの地下に駅がある。

バスタブの水深が甘い。 洗面所にコップ無し。

The location was awesome! Train station next door 2 stops from Town Hall! Supermarkets nice and close too. Breakfast was also yum

We couldn't work the TV but it didn't really matter as we were not in the room that much.

Aus der ordentlichen Lage in Kings Cross gibt es nichts positives an diesen Haus.

Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist, haben zu dritt als Familie einen hohen Zimmerpreis für unseren 4 tägigen Zwischenstopp in Sydney bezahlt und waren voller Vorfreude. Was wir dann für eine Absteige als Zimmer bekommen haben entbehrt jeder Beschreibung. Erdgeschoss ( nix Blick auf Hafen und Oper) im letzten Eck direkt über der Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage. Jede Nacht (!!!) in sehr unregelmäßigen Abständen wurden wir durch das Quietschen des Rolltores der Tiefgarage im Schlaf geweckt, Klimaanlage funktioniert nur sehr unzureichend bis gar nicht. Muffiger Zimmergeruch, Bad mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang. Vorsintflutlich!! Teppich ohne Badeschlappen nur sehr ungern betreten. Die prompte Reklamation, die übrigens unter meiner Einbindung von Booking am nächsten Tag stattfand war ebenfalls unbefriedigend. Zunächst wurden wir auf einen Tag später vertröstet, an diesen Folgetag wieder auf den dritten Tag. Nun wurde und für die letzte Nacht ( wo wir morgens um 5 Uhr aus dem Haus zum Flughafen mussten) ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Hafen und Oper angeboten. Natürlich sind wir dann auf dieses Angebot auch nicht mehr angeboten. Duty Manager Justin komplett versagt, hat sich nicht einmal persönlich bei uns gemeldet, lieber die Angestellten vorgeschickt… Bezeichnender Weise sind an zwei Tagen jeweils Reisegruppen von Japanern in Scharen in das Haus eingefallen, der Frühstücksraum glich nach einer halben Stunde einem Trümmerfeld!! Essensreste die auf den Boden gefallen sind wurden seitens der Angestellten wohl wissend übersehen! Fazit: wir werden nie wieder ein Holiday Inn Hotel betreten, unsere negativen Erfahrungen an möglichst viele Menschen über z,B. Instagram mitteilen. Es bleibt der Eindruck dass wir Europäer nicht wirklich in einem Hotel der Holiday Inn Gruppe willkommen sind. Japaner hingegen werden mit Handkuss empfangen.Leider müssen wir sagen, hat auch unsere Reklamation bei booking com nichts bewirkt.

We had a harbour view room which definitely delivered. The bathrooms are a little tired and could do with updating but that had minimal impact on our stay. It is a great location and we could walk where we needed

Located right at the train station and short walk from Mais attractions.

Breakfast was low stocked and maybe a bit understaffed. I stayed 5 nights but 4 of them I couldn’t sleep because the guest next to me was listening to loud music, “hosting” different people all night long and slamming the doors. I ended up only leaving g the hotel around noon everyday because only after 6 am the music would go down. Brought this to the staff attention quite. A few times and they tried to address the issue but they were not firm enough. I did talk to the guest himself but he couldn’t care less as he was high the 3 different times I knocked his door. I brought to the hotel staff attention the lack of sleep and how this experience RUINED my vacation to Australia. No compensation, no acknowledgment of the issue nor an apology when I checked out. Still can’t believe this happened to me. Flew all the way from Canada to have my dream vacation ruined because the hotel didn’t act properly on the issue.

It appeared a lot of guests were put on the same floor so it was a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning.

Several things didn’t work in the room - wardrobe door was jammed and tv remote was not functional. Furniture was old and dated - very very average room. Probably would not stay again. Pillows were terrible.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the train station and supermarkets. The room was very clean and quiet. The restaurant serves good food and the staff are friendly and efficient

My husband and I stayed here overnight because of a function close by. The room was comfortable and clean. We liked the easy parking and accessibility of the area and would definitely stay again and explore more next time.

They over charged my credit card by $327 which was rectified, they need some more options for kids like a play area maybe

The staff are terrific. The city view is mesmerising. The breakfast chef knows how to cook scrambled eggs and the baristas make great coffee. Its a good place to meet people. The rooms are simple, lo-tech, nice. The location is brilliant.
