You need to leave the keys at the reception when you leave your room - I didn't like it But it doesn't really matter, the place was great

Customer service has some room for improvement. We’ve raised our displeasure with some things such as the fact that the place had no duvet, just a bedsheet cover! We didn’t feel like we were heard, were given rather quick-witted answers instead. At 8:30am the cleaner started hoovering very loudly, which ruined our sleep. Although a good location, there is a long way to go.

Location was perfect - right in the middle of Avignon Centre.

Had good A/C as was very hot. Room good for sleeping as could block out light. Stephan, the property manager was very nice and helpful.

Stairs to my room were narrow spiral ones. Needed help to get my luggage up & down. Not recommended for elderly persons or anyone with mobility issues. Requested a ground floor room, but they were already booked. Taxi could not get to hotel entrance so was difficult to get my luggage there. Plus Theatre Festival caused very crowded conditions throughout the town of Avignon. Breakfast not worth the 18 euros.

Charming room in an excellent location. Lovely breakfast. The hotelier was friendly, charming and could not have been more helpful.
