the property was very convenient and central. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean.

Most of the staff were nice, however I did feel I was a inconvenience at times. The pillows were awful, didn’t sleep well both nights because of it. Had to pay to park the car which considering how much I had to pay for the room I thought was unjustified.

Very helpful desk personal. The spacious rooms. The wellness area (incl. swimming pool). The breakfast was very good (except the coffee). The location... Makarska itself!

Amazing sea view from the balcony. The beach is very close to the hotel so its not a big walk. The staff were so friendly to us. Breakfast & dinner food was amazing. The hotel from itself was outstanding. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The breakfast was amazing! It was more like a feast that could hold us over way past lunchtime. It was more than we expected.

Location is excellent and less than a minute from the beach.

The room had shuttered Velux windows and the shutters were very noisy when blown in the wind - keeping us awake at night. The remote control for the Velux windows had dead batteries that the night porter could not change.

The staff at the reception were amazing, the best service We have had for a long time, will be back. Keep up the fantastic service. Loved the Hotel and the amazing staff.

The location was excellent and i think we had an upgrade to a large room with balcony ,table and chairs and 2 sun loungers On the first night my sister had a fall outside the hotel having misjudged the step. She cut her hand and fainted in the foyer. Reception staff ,primarily Manuela , attended her straight away ,called an ambulance so she could have the wound cleaned treated with stitches. She asked after my sister on subsequent days

The pillows were quite big and lumpy .I asked for and was given a softer pillow but this was still a bit lumpy -it felt like it was filled with bits of foam. A feather pillow would be preferable in a hotel of this standard
