Our room overlooked Ofelia Place and the main canal with a view out to the Opera House. We enjoyed watching boats traverse the canal and pedestrians enjoying the large decked area below our window. The room was large and comfortable. We especially loved that the window overlooking the canal was the span of the room and it opened! Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone with vegan options as well. The location of Scandic Front is fantastic within one block of Nyhavn Harbor and .6 miles from Broens Outdoor Food Market. We highly recommend Scandic Front.

Prima hotel, goed gelegen in de stad, goed bereikbaar met OV, prima ontbijt, heel veel keus. Kamer was lekker groot, betaal je dan ook voor, maar toch.

Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen und sehr schön präsentiert. Tolle Lage sehr zentral eine Strasse vom Nyhavn entfernt. Zur nächsten Metrostation 10 Minuten entfernt. Zimmer grosszügig, bequemes Bett und Kissen.

Badezimmer etwas klein, aber funktionell.

Location - for us, it was walking distance to the places of interest. Also, the location felt safe at any hour to walk around (we were headed at 5h30 a.m towards the metro station). It was generally quiet and a chilled area. Room - we spent 3 nights in September and we were expecting to be quite cold and it was exactly the opposite: we left the window all day & night open and it was still very warm in the room. The room was spacious enough to feel comfortable. Breakfast - we only had 2 breakfast at the hotel as the third day we were checking out super early; reasonable options and even a few for vegans. Check-in - we were able to do it earlier than the usual time.

Overall - the overall look of the room and bathroom did not gave a feel that the place was cleaned with diligence nor properly maintained. Room: --> Bed - the mattress was way too soft and not very comfortable overall. --> One socket in the room was out of the wall and not looking safe at all; we were 2 adults but for someone traveling with small children, that could have posed a problem. Not to mention that a socket, no matter where, in your house or in a hotel, should not hang out from the wall. --> One of the legs of the small round table was not sitting properly --> Bathroom - had no window nor a ventilator. The shower was problematic as the upper head could not be turned off so it was quite challenging to take a shower without wetting your hair or not making a watery mess in the rest of the bathroom. We reported to the reception and they advised that the shower cannot be repaired but offered another room to move into --> the problem was that even if in this new room the shower was fully functional, the room overall had a funny smell and compared to our initial room, the view was on the other side of the building, towards the parking of a hotel and it looked really depressing. They told us that there is another possibility of changing the room but we had to do the checkout (it was 10h30 a.m), leave the luggage in the luggage room (payable per hour with a fee of 10/15 DKK depending of the size of the luggage) and once some other room was available and cleaned (around 15h00), we could switch. Not having a guaranteed that a different room would be better and making this switch on our expense of money and time, we decided to stick with the initial room. --> Lobby - my partner had to work and he did that from the lobby as our room was not yet ready and there was no quieter corner. --> I found it pathetic for a 4 stars hotel to charge for leaving the luggage on their premise for a couple of hours.

The location was fantastic, perfect for a first time tourist to Copenhagen as it is a very short walk from many prime attractions and walkable to many more. I imagine the hotel is equally pleasant for repeat visits due to it's quiet position and proximity to a main underground station with multiple connections.

The tea and coffee selection was poor and the creamer was clearly old and had solidified in the packet. Replacements the next day were better. No mini-bar is perhaps unusual in this size hotel. The tea and coffee in the lobby should probably be complimentary - we did not pay for any. The light switch arrangement is odd - though perhaps only to a foreign visitor. Turning off some lights also turned off the power to sockets. We only discovered this after turning off lights for the night to discover our phone had not charged overnight. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of! No heated towel rail in the bathroom meant our towels never felt fully dry. Again, not really a complaint, just something to bear in mind - you may want to have your towels replaced each day. The hotel asks you to avoid this to be greener, but no-one enjoys damp towels!

Goed hotel op een fantastische locatie! Met name het ontbijt was geweldig, nog niet vaak zo'n uitgebreide keuze gehad. Hele nette badkamer!

Geen koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer, in- en uitchecken kan veel efficiënter

L esposizione delle stanze a Nord è scadente a causa della presenza dell hotel adiacente, anche la luminosità delle stanze ne risente in quanto le luci della stanza non sono il massimo...
