Love everything about this hotel..Just exceptional.

The hotel was exceptional, so beautiful somehow even the beautiful pictures don't show how gorgeous it is in real life. The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever experienced. We could not fault a single part of the hotel even if we tried. Phenomenal. You could stay here without leaving the hotel and have a fantastic experience.
Also the staff are outstanding especially the desk and pool staff they really made us feel welcome and anything we asked they were more than happy to help.

it’s cute, they decorated the rooms with balloons (as it was my birthday)
wasn’t clean at all, you can tell they didn’t have space for the 3 bed we suggested and squished a bed into the room as no space at all… you’re definitely paying for the name plus fhe “pinky” image. the food wasn’t great either but the staff was nice

Such a cool looking hotel. Great location in the quiet bit of San An. loved the pool area, food and amazing cocktails but most importantly the staff were brill. They couldn’t do enough for you
Such a minor thing but the air con wasn’t great in the room. Didn’t matter so much as not peak season heat

This hotel is so quirky and fun. Rooms comfortable and great location. Just a great vibe. Attention to detail is on point. 💕
The pool area is taken up with paying external guests. Also the bar area, we sat down at a table and were asked to move as reserved for external guest. Need to look after and prioritise the guests that are staying there and have paid to do so!

Over priced drinks that are watered down and full of ice. Average food highly priced. Staff were uneducated and seemed inexperienced at their job roles (around the pool). Hotel walls are very thin so you can hear everything through the night or on a morning when cleaners are in.

we loved the lovely location by the water and well away from the dingy part of the town, the quirky and fun decor, the nice drinks and food, and most of all the disco elevator!

Excellent venue, really nice vibe to the place and everyone was so friendly. Great location, walking distance of anywhere you would want to go. Great views also.
