Excellent breakfast
The air conditioning did not work and the room smelt of bacon (probably because the A/C didn't work). After asking firmly for another room we were moved. The next room's shower did not work. Reception fixed it with a spanner. There appears to be no maintenance on rooms.

Location
The room i stayed in had a shower cap covering the smoke detector which i suspect that the person stayed before me was a smoker. I took of the shower cap from the smoke detector.
The bed i slept on was uncomfortable.
It was difficult to the shower temperature and the had a weak water supply.

We were disappointed to have to buy coffee at breakfast. The coffee i provided in the thermos was extremely strong and the hot water thermos was empty. Brewed coffee should be included in the price.

Great location with the tram out front. Parking was great. Staff were very helpful. It was perfect for our visit to family.
Was disappointed we couldn’t get something simple for breakfast - toast & jam - rather than the buffet.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment and wow, it was fantastic! Very modern, beds all VERY comfortable, buffet breaky was amazing! Will absolutely stay again!
The windows didn’t lock or have fly screens, which was a concern being on the 3rd story with little kiddos. But this was the only fault we had, everything else amazing!
