Bed was very comfortable.

Very good breakfast. Room was clean and beds very comfy. Pool is nice and children loved it. There is a small billiard table, old games machine and table soccer which we all enjoyed. Bar had a nice draft beer.

Very modern, unique hotel. Room was huge & hotel was very close to town.

The hair dryer in room did not work so I mentioned it, but nothing happened. I let my hair dry naturally (curly) and luckily had a GHD to straighten it.

Parking available, walking distance to sights and restaurants. Nice breakfast available for purchase. Clean facilities.

Clean and comfortable, especially the bedding. The front desk staff was excellent and extremely friendly, but the breakfast staff was downright rude.

Location for walking to downtown was a little scary after dark.

The hotel is located on a shabby block in a very unkempt area with run down houses and garbage on the streets. The large Hotel is designed in an exaggerated Hollywood Style with plastic items in shrill colors on every corner. Next to our room we had the laundry room with the door standing open and a view of the washing machines. The young staff appeared to be unmotivated and listless. I asked for shoes to go to the pool area, they were unable to find them and shrugged their shoulders. The pool opens at 9.30 in the morning. No way to make it before breakfast. Wilted flowers on the dining tables. Rotten bananas and grapes on the buffet. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been standing for days. Few items to choose from. Apparently no supervision at all.

Beautiful building. The food was good. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.

There was a dirty plate and spoon in the breakfast buffet. We did not get enough towels two of our three days.

An interesting hotel. They appear to be renovating a giant old hotel with a new modern vibe. For the most part it is working, but there is a long way to go. The room was OK, with a comfortable bed and shower.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but we got to the sights safely. The staff was a bit cool to Americans, despite speaking French

Nice enough hotel. Nice coffees provided in the room. Quiet during our stay, would have preferred to have the bar / restaurant open occasionally, but understandable due to lack of custom. Didn`t eat here so can`t comment on food. 10 minute walk to town centre, with a huge choice of restaurants. Easy access from motorway, included parking a big bonus, as can be difficult otherwise.

Slightly outdated reception and corridors but room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Coffee machine and nice toiletries, comfy bed and good shower. Very easy location to access from motorway and not too far a walk into central Arles. Try Meinado bakery 5 mins walk away - delicious pastries.

Shame that check in starts so late - 4pm. Hotel could do with being updated.

Good price, good value, quiet, good breakfast (extra cost but it was fine). Fellow at front desk was accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful.

Parking was a big bonus for us and why we chose the hotel. Loved the decor. The air con was nice but it went off overnight & I got a bit hot!

Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Nice idea but it didn’t work and we wasted money on extra pods because only 1 coffee supplied. Then we had to bin them. We called housekeeping as directed on instructions but the call wasn’t answered. I don’t drink coffee and take my own tea bags everywhere but didn’t get a cup of tea my whole trip. Just get rid of machines that are unreliable and replace with a regular kettle.

Close to access road and also to the city center. Nice big swimming pool. My room was large and pleasant to stay.

Way to much clore in the swimming pool. My eyes burned until the next day: not a pleasant experience! Hotel also need a fresh coat of paint!

Everything was perfect
