Le personnel très aimable et à l'écoute du client. Le petit déjeuner copieux et de très bonne qualité. Accès aisé vers Paris en transport en commun.

Aucun parking à proximité de l'hotel pour pouvoir déposer les bagages à l'arrivée. L'ascenseur pour descendre à la réception les bagages, en panne pendant les 3 jours. Aucun tarif de négocier avec les parkings aux alentours.

Everything! It was beautiful from the moment we walked in - the decor was so visually appealing and the perfume theme and aroma smelt wonderful. The receptionists the whole time were so helpful and polite and their English was fantastic (as my French is so rusty it helped a lot). We were told that our room had been upgraded which was a lovely touch! The room was fabulous, beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was very spacious and had a bath with shower and a separate shower cubicle too! They had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in pump dispensers on the walls to use so this was very handy. In the room there was a kettle with a choice of 2 tea bags and 2 instant coffees but no milk, and a coffee machine with 2 pods to use which was lovely but a limited choice. There was a little desk area/wall shelf that wasn't big enough to do any work at (if that is what you need whilst there) but it didn't affect our stay or needs. The TV is huge and of great quality but we couldn't get Netflix to work and the TV Internet link to cast to the TV from our mobiles also didn't link up but these didn't bother us but it's worth mentioning. There was a small wardrobe with a mini fridge/bar with a small selection of soft drinks, a small safe and a hairdryer inside to use. The breakfast area downstairs looked beautiful too but we didn't eat there. There were tea, coffee and water available to all guests even if you didn't have the breakfast. Overall a totally wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Suresnes or Longchamp area and I would definitely stay again 😊

Only negative we found was that there was no breakfast tea in the rooms but there were 2 fruit tea bags, 2 instant coffee sachets and 2 coffee pods but no milk.

The location, the staff and my room was a good size.

Honestly I couldn't fault it! It was clean, I had breakfast which was lovely.

Location is awesome, in a nice quite suburb, close to busses, train station and plenty of restaurants down the road. Literally two train stations away from Roland Garros, definitely good stay there if going to watch tennis. Hotel itself is good quality, has nice smells because of plenty of perfumes.

The staff were not the warmest nor friendliest, for an international brnad expected that staff will know English, observed that plenty did not, which is not great. I am from. AFRICA and we greet people with smiles and warmth whi h was definitely lacking for me.

Early in the morning of the day we were to arrive I received a message that the hotel was fully booked. I could choose to take 2 single rooms instead of the double room I had booked, or the hotel would cancel my booking. I had made the reservation in January - 4 months ago. What’s wrong with the hotel industry? Same problem twice in one weekend. Only when I had responded to their message that I had made the reservation 4 months in advance and how was it even possible that this happened, they came back in another message saying they had verified and my room is now available. Hotel was good and clean, comfortable beds, but the next day the restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray: used tables were left cluttered and not cleaned /. not set for the next guests, several items in the breakfast buffet ran out without being looked after properly. Lack of staff?? I don’t know, but I expect a much better service from the Mercure chain.

The front desk agent was very rude, his name was Tarek, and his attitude was really bad.

The staff member and the only guy from staff that I see was Tarek and he was very rude.

I had booked a double room and was offered a tiny single to which I objected. the person at reception offered me another single but I held out for a double. room was ok, tiny shower and bathroom and bed not particularly comfortable
