Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to go to Event Centre of Courbevoie for a competition and it was within easy walking distance.

The location is very good and quite and from my room u can view the Eifel tower.very nice workers especially the people at the reception and the woman that work in the kitchen. I loved my stay there.i recommends people to go there.very very clean.

Big problem with connection of Wi-Fi. My boyfriend had to stay 3 days without WiFi. You have to be authorised to be able to use WiFi, with help of Rezeption still didn't worked on his phone ( maybe don't support new devices) Bathroom is little and shower was blocked , all water remained in tub. On second day in evening , when we camed back in hotel , Rezeption didn't letted us to go up to our rooms until we didn't said our room number . This for me don't look like a professional and friendly hotel / personal.

Staff was extremely kind and always available to support. Location is quite ok, there are restaurants and shops nearby, not too far from bus stop

Bathroom was constantly freezing cold, as air was passing through the window. There were serious problems in having hot water in the shower, particularly in the morning.

The bed was comfortable

No hot water. Cold shower poky and dirty room plug point that was burnt. Paper cups . Toilet squeezed in a corner and uncomfortable to use. No nearby metro 2 buses to get into Paris

we stayed in extremely small and noisy room . whole night the heating engine was working so was impossible to sleep or rest. the room on 5th floor has dump .

The elevator was very, very small, the walls were very, very thin and the shower was broken.

I stayed 4 days and my experience was very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. Right when I arrived there was a very kind young man. The cleanliness of the place is very good, every day I left when I returned everything was organized. The front desk staff is very kind.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, the view of the tower was wonderful(+50 euros), the view of the park and the river was beautiful, not noisy. The room has everything including kettle, fridge, safe and heater - dehumidifier in the bathroom - it's brilliant! it was warm and pleasant to take a shower, a quality bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The staff works great, they replaced the double bed with separate beds the next day - at our request. The cleaning was top, the woman with the blond hair was very kind and nice. Staff on the 0 floor is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel manager - Director is professional and nice. Express breakfast is good (coffee, fresh juice and mini pastries).

I had to ask several times to get extra bed lines and shower towels. One day the room was cleaned and they even forgot to leave the towels. They need to pay more attention.

Everything. The room is too small for a three star hotel. The breakfast seems to be a mix of the rest of the day before. The hotel is advertised with a car park what is not true. You have to leave your car in the street. From my experience, this hotel is a up one star. Definitely not a three star.
