Comfortable rooms, very nice relaxing environment for evening drink, and pool etc

We thought that the evening meal was a little bit below our expectations of a Logis, both in scope of menu and quality as if it were a slightly stripped down offering.

We received a nice warm welcome. We were tierd, hungry and thirsty and were taken care of right away. The meal was excellent! The breakfast served was also made with love and care. We also enjoyed the use of their pool.

The hotel has become worn down over the years and needs refurbishing. The price did not conform with the conditions. Although the breakfast was nice it was not included in the price we paid and fairly expensive.

Everyone, I suspect the owner, the chef, all the staff. The breakfast, the pool, the vibe.

The egg machine has no temperature guage

Lovely grounds: garden, pool, loungers. Room was very nice, as was the bathroom. Special mention: beds provided a perfect night’s sleep. Garage provided for secure overnight storage of bicycles.

It was very difficult to find plant-based food. As is unfortunately the case in much of France, everything on the menu was animal based and necessitated a longish walk into town.

Hotel set in spacious gardens with a swimming pool and various places to sit and relax. It was about 20 mins walk from the town centre and about 30 mins walk from the lake. Both doable! Staff were helpful and friendly and room comfortable.

We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday, just as the staff were locking up! We had access to our room, but apart from providing breakfast, the hotel was closed up until 4pm on Monday. even the swimming pool was covered over! It felt very strange and finding food on Sunday evening was difficult as most of the restaurants in the area were also closed!

Nice cozy hotel in the outskirts of Aix-les-Bains. Owners are super helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is correct.

Facilities would profit from some renovation. Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

May be due to COVID but would have liked Tea/coffee in the room to go with the kettle.

The view and the garden with the pool even if the border access are unstable and dangerous. Tiles are not fixed properly .

The hotel itself could be nice but the management is appalling. Hosts are not trustworthy. Did cancel our reservation one day before coning in The middle of August and rebook not what was promised but put the fault on booking.com. Not an excuse or sorry just saying you could have cancel if you were not happy… * Breakfast poor. *Bathroom with hair * pool area unsafe with unfixed tiles. *No tea or coffee even if in the superior room *No intimacy in our own room, everybody on the Terrace could see us in the room. * Stop serving meals at 8.30pm in summer. Thé logis de France 3* is not well deserved and should be revisited. Very disappointing !!

Lovely gardens and heated outdoor pool, perfect after a day's driving. The in-house restaurant served us an excellent dinner. Breakfast was personalized so as to avoid any COVID problems, that was a really good solution. Also, as my kids eat very little for breakfast, they didn't count them - very generous, I thought. Also, my daughter forgot some rings and a necklace, nothing expensive, but they called me up and have offered to send that to us - again, extremely nice and helpful.

If I have to say something negative, there was little space in the bathroom for putting shaver, electric toothbrush, etc. Nothing you can't work around, though.
