Room upgraded. Has Nepresso machine but got to get own capsules. Toilet amenities adequate Bed comfortable, but

both my wife and I got bitten by some insect, not bed bugs.

It's a nice hotel, came as advertised. The room is spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Unlike many other hotels in HK, there is no over-advertisement here like enhanced photos or inaccurate room size statements.

Location. If it was closer to Central, it would be perfect (especially after midnight when MTR-subway is no longer operating). It takes about 25-30 min to walk to Central through Queensway and Garden Road. After a night out it can be exhausting.

Lo mejor la ubicacion.

El desayuno era lamentable. No pudimos reservar salas para reuniones de trabajo , aun estando vacías , el personal del hotel nos indicó que no podíamos usarlas sin mas explicación. La opcion de alargar la estancia unas horas era muy cara.

We eat in the restaurant in first floor. Not much choices for breakfast as in Vietnam so I do not like much. Price is high

One day, the people living in the next room were very noisy at midnight.

The hotel is in a great location, very central. The bed was comfortable and a great rain shower. The coffee machine in the room is a lovely addition. The safe in my room worked well and I felt that I could trust the security it offered. The gentlemen who are the concierge desk, are very helpful.

I am disappointed that the hotel charges for late check-out. This never used to be the case and they would accommodate you as much as they could, free of charge. To charge for an hour or two when the hotel can allow it, is just a money printing excuse. Poor decision for such a lovely establishment.

Location is amazing (if you are looking to enjoy Wanchai nightlife..) room was clean and comfortable, and quiet considering city centre location

room is small - especially the bathroom , and my drain smelled a little - although i mentioned it to the housekeeper and she did clean it and make it smell much better

The location was great. Really close to the MTR. The surrounding area had good food and pubs. The rooms were regularly cleaned. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

The bed covers were a little old and lumpy feeling. The hotel restaurant staff were a little impolite, but not rude. The hotel gym was on the small side but serviceable

We researched for a long time and found this to be the best accomodation in terms of value for money. Upper end but not luxurious, great location and clean. We were not disappointed.

It felt more like an appartment stay (no common area to relax outside of room), though there is a gym and pool in the building next door. While not noisy from the outside, you can hear neighbours through the walls.

Rationable price and closeness to the MRT station. Quick action by the staff when I asked for a room change.

A towel had a blood stain on it. Neighborhood with many pubs.
