Good breakfast & convenient location

Not a pet friendly hotel. Dog restricted to bedroom. No available iutside space to enjoy food or drinks with the pet so because of this we could not take breakfast together or have dinner or drinks at the hotel. Room srrvice was suggested, but the room only had one chair and a fixed desk, not suitable for dining

The heavily stained carpet in the entrance. The damp fungus growing in shower, the coffee stained bathroom door, the tear in the armchair/sofa, the heavily stained lamp base, the general rundown dirty state of the bedroom. The bad meal in the restaurant. It was all bad - Shame on you Novotel and shame on you booking.com to market such overpriced sub-standard rooms.

The hotel ambiance is beautiful and the staffs is always available .. the pool is Nice ..

The most dirty hotel I have seen in a while .I was actually considering calling the French health department but I guess it's pointless. Moldy roof,moldy floor ,absolutly dirty carpet. If someone knows the movie hostel it's kind of a horror movie.the most funny thing is that those people (wich are criminal IMO) take 150 a night plus 150 security deposit .absolut discousting behaving.the hotel is a dump and it's all totally broken damaged.we noticed even graffiti and wholes in the wall .also cockroaches and rat noises at night.we did not sleep for one hour and left 5 am to the car and we moved on.it was the worst experience we had in my whole life and I'm traveling since 20 years in over 200 hotels.thats should say something.if you ask for. Abottle of French /Chinese water u have to pay 5 euro.im not sure but this hotel has to be closed immidinatly.its truly not acceptable.still don't have my security deposit and still don't have the 39.65 they promised me to refund because of the quality of the hotel and the receptionist looked pretty ashemd thta she worked there.im not sure.novotel are criminals in every city.stay away!!!!!! (I have been in more and the service is horrible anyways,but this was exeptionely discousting).no design,horrible light arrangement and cheap cold bulbs.stay please far away or you might get crazy)
