The lobby and restaurant look fancy and is nice, however rooms are worn out but most importantly dirty (curtains, sofa, carpet, mini fridge). During the stay, no one ever vacuumed the room or mopped the bathroom floor or toilet. Lousy breakfast. The biggest turn off was the staff, except two really nice receptionist, the staff was rude. I stayed in a different Parisian Novotel hotel last year, and the difference was striking.

The location was incredible. It was walking distance from the lake and from a great shopping mall. The view was beautiful .

Nice location with lake view and a quiet area. We also liked that the hotel included private parking.

Despite the fact that we had informed them we would arrive between 3 and 4 p.m.; and had arrived there shortly after 4p.m., our room wasn't ready. When we eventually entered the room, the light in the toilet room wasn't functioning properly. Although we called the front desk, nothing had been resolved by the time we departed. AC didn’t work either. Not worth the money.

The reception of the hotel was renovated. Also the location close to the lake and a commercial center was nice.

The rooms and especially bathrooms are outdated. The rooms in the ground floor have to bear all the noise coming from the guests sitted in the reception area. I had to get up at 1am (because the button reception on the phone is not working..) to go to complain about the noise incurred by kids running and playing the piano. The response of the staff is that we cannot do anything.. Unacceptable! I asked to close the doors and they said that they cannot close them for security reasons although this is not indicated on the door, it's only indicated to not put obstacles in front. In general it was a bad experience, especially given the amount of money we paid!

The swimming pool was not in use. We were told by a very rude member of staff that we could not sit at a certain table outside to eat our dinner but were not given a reason.

It was a secured location and very close to the event center I attended.

electricity cut off twice for over 5hours no basic amenities in the room for a 4 star hotel changed rooms as fridge and Air conditioner not working and no maintenance personnel onsite. smelling lobby

Great location

There was no push chair access I have to call staff to help me with li buggy eveytime I need to go out or when I am coming in. The lift was extremely small

Diner was good and the staff pleasant breakfast was OK but too expensive for what was available

the room was a not fully renewed

I asked to change the room but the lady at reception said there is no room availability for the day. I then checked the booking.com and it was showing available room for that day! I was unhappy as I caught this lady lying to it's customers and not fulfilling their request. Hope she will better understand the customers next time they arrive and have such requests. In addition, the breakfast has very little option and it needs improvement. Thank you
