La décoration très apaisante le personnel très aimable, l équipements confortable tv 2 fois et minu bar , la façon dont est construite la chambre, le calme et la literie confortable.

Great location near to the town and promenade. Easy to communicate with Reception who spoke good English. Room and bathroom were a good size and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable,the shower was hot. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and of good quality. The evening meal was also good quality and very tasty. Great to be able to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Nothing to dislike,I would like a longer visit next time.

Breakfast options were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really impressed with the twin beds in loft for kids and efficiency of space. Could improve on pillows though.

We arrived slightly early to be told that booking in was not till 3pm. We then waited and saw numerous other people arriving and booking in. When staff were asked again we were just told they were short of staff. This went on for sometime until staff were pushed to check our rooms and found that the rooms had been ready for sometime.

The pool was not very clean and the corridors where the rooms were were smelly. There was limited choice for evening meal and the food was poor quality.

There is not enough towels in my opinion and a bit far from the sea and the city.

I liked the additional facilities of the pool, sauna and garden. The breakfast was typical for this chain. Plenty of parking and staff always available. Everybody was very courteous. Liked that bikes could be hired.
The room was rather cramped for space and the trend for grey doesn't inspire. Only one small window! The restaurant didn't have enough space for everybody nor was it made clear that a booking was essential.

Good value for money, the room was quiet and the staff were very nice.
The room is a little dated, and the hotel is in the middle of a residential area, so it’s a 10-15 minute walk to either the beach or the restaurants.

Loved the calm neighborhood, the pool, the possibility to rent bikes and to be at a walking distance from the sea and the city center. The parking was very useful too.

The duplex family room is a little bit tight, especially if you have several suitcases. We had 3 big ones plus a couple carry-ons and there was no space around the beds to open them. But it was not a very big deal.
It would be nice to have another small trash can in the bedroom, on top of the one in the bathroom.
