Very good room and breakfast

The hotel is very nicely decorated. We were welcomed very friendly and had a hotel parking space. The room was very nice and pleasantly cool with the hot outside temperatures. We were unfortunately only there one night, but slept fantastically. We had no breakfast as we left at 4 o'clock in the morning. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent rooms, excellent service, excellent location.

Is was a short walk from the town centre and train station. Great room. Staff were helpful. Car parking on site. We had adjoining rooms for kids which was great.

We really liked the breakfast. The staff was fabulous - helpful and welcoming. A special call out to Stephanie and Marie. Sitting area and the patio and koi were very nice. As a suggestion for improvement, the pillows need to be upgraded. They were very hard and odd sizes. We enjoyed our stay and Cannes is a lovely town- well worth visiting.

Room a bit hot as the aircon wasn’t working

it is very central but very calm. the private parking was free and closed after 10.30 at night. the room was spacious and fully equipped. Dorte at reception is just the most helpful person you could wish for in a hotel. she booked restaurants for us and generally made our stay extremely pleasant.

it was like an oasis in not such a great part of town but near the station!

the location was a little far from town for me as I can’t walk too far! otherwise only 15-20 walk.

Immaculately clean and quite serene. lovely breakfast and close to the train station ( but not too close).

Amazing property. I would call it a Boutique Hotel. The decor, the extreme attention to detail in every aspect of the room. I would recommend this to any person visiting Vannes. This is the best property I have stayed in during my holiday in Brittany.

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Spa small but we had some great massages. We had a garden room which was quiet. Recommendations for dinner were all good.

Only downside was that it was a 900m walk to the restaurants.

This vila hotel is real gem in vannes. Located right next to the trsin station, quiet, surrounded with a lovely garden , parking , great hospitality and spA for who ever needs a treat.

very characterful with individually decorated rooms. loved the koy carp in the pond outside.

shower a bit weak, breakfast seemed expensive for the choice offered, coffee machine fan very noisy.

the oriental style and boutique size of the hotel.

1) the bed is not that comfortable; and 2) the limited choice but expensive of breakfast. no cereals and bread is not fresh. this is maybe due to few guests.

Everything was perfect in this outstanding hotel. Recommended without hesitation. Staff was very forthcoming, decoration original and well thought through, quite clean and comfortable, large rooms with names and not numbers :-)
