Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht da wir wegen überfüllter Hotels unseren Fahrradtrip umplanen mussten und kamen erst kurz vor 22 Uhr an der Rezeption an.Dir sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame dort erklärte uns alles und kam sogar in die Tiefgarage um uns den Platz für die E- bikes zu zeigen.So einen persönlichen Empfang gibt es nicht oft heutzutage.

The staff were super friendly and lovely and made everything from dinner to the check in very high end. It was like being in a luxury hotel but without the costs. I also liked how everyone felt friendly but not fake which feels like a boutique hotel vibe - like the ACE hotel. It is so nice to be able to stay at places like this and I think everyone deserves a raise.
Perhaps maybe nicer soaps in the bathrooms? The TV didn't work so well but honestly it was fine.

There was a strong smell of perfume in the room so if you are allergic this is not the place for you. The breakfast is very basic but ok.

Location of hotel good and room clean but my room location was facing busy grocery store and noise from this and guests who talked loudly between midnight and 2:00 made this bad stay.

The room was comfortable, the food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. There was plenty of reserved parking.

Large room, large bed for a good price. The staff was very friendly and helped us well with parking our bicycles safe in the basement.

Easy to contact during operating hours, friendly staff.
We agreed to check on later. The room key, which was prepared for is, did not give us access to our designated room. Consequently we got stranded with kids at 02:00 hours without a hotelroom.
The hotel key provided did give access to the room of on other room, which was already occupied. This is something that should not be possible with proper hotel front desk and security.
After contacting the emergency telephone number, things got sorted out after some time that night, though.

Bed is a bit hard so slept on duvet and must have windows open for a cooler room. But these are minor issues in a very nice hotel.

The room was nice we didn't try the restaurant.
Be booked twin rooms but the hotel refused to honour the booking. They had twin rooms left but wanted to charge us more. We had to stand our ground arguing for half an hour until they did give us the rooms we booked.
We complained to booking.com who have taken it up with the hotel.
As we stood there arguing that we wanted the rooms we had booked the receptionist actually said " it's not my problem"
It's not what you need after a days travel.
When we did get the rooms they were further away than a weatherspoons toilet.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have specific requirements like twin beds as you may not get what you have booked.

Clean, friendly staff.
No AC, it was very hot, even a fan, which was provided by the reception, did not help much. Shower needs service.

Reliable and fast Internet, free parking, modern rooms nicely designed, good breakfast, also l I tried to restaurant in the evening good food
The room had pitched roof area, I wouldn’t mind but it was above the bed so I hit my head in the morning

We had Fitness and Sauna that were free for everyone that was booked into the hotel.
The restaurant was good as well as the breakfast.
Parking spot was free of charge.
A grocery store right near the hotel.
AC was available only for additional cost.
Room was in the attic and it wasn't that pretty.
Cockroaches (those gas schwab bugs) in the hotel corridor.
