Location and breakfast.

building was quite good, calm place, wide parking lots, great kitchen staff, communication of the lady (Gabi) was excellent, she arranged the entrance code for our late check-in. breakfast was pretty good! cleanliness was excellent.

in the rooms towels should have some place (should not be on the bed), shower also needs one more glass door to keep the floor dry, person in the room could also clearly see the person the bath through glass - this was quite strange but was not an issue for me. there was no air-conditioner so it could be problematic for people used to sleep in cooler environment. no place to hand clothes in the bath

The breakfast buffet is so perfect with lots of varieties. The room is clean and comfortable.

Everything is perfect and better than expected.

The room was spacious and comfortable, love the interior designing!

Very friendly stuff, Gabi is a wonderful employee, she is alway looks for guests' comforts and needs. With her lovely attitude and personality is the hotel 5***** for me.

Was moved to Sl'otel im Parforcehaus. That hotel is great. Comfortable, close to highway, with well equipped gym. Was leaving earlier and they prepared lunchbox.

Good breakfast, a lot of choices. Big parking, 10 minutes walk to town center. Friendly staff, but very bad in English.

Room very small, but modern and very clean. On Booking it is written that reception is working till 22.00, but they call me, that they work only till 19.00. After that is self check in. The biggest problem - WIFI stop working around 20.00 and don't work till morning. I was very disappointed! There was no fridge in room despite declared. I would not choose this hotel again.

The pictures on Booking.com does not reflect the reality. Neither does the allowed check in time. On booking.com it says that checkin is open Until 22.00. We were called by a lady who Did not speak english (How hotel personnel can be unable to speak english is beyond me) at 4pm who wondered What time We will arrive. We told her that We Would arrive at Around 19.00, since that was What Google maps was indicating. She started panic Calling us around 19.00 and stressed our Arrival to her best. We arrived at 20.00 and She was furious. When i tried to explain to her that i was on the roads with a pregnant woman and could not drive Any faster she Did not understand What i was saying. I tried to also explain to her that the checkin time according to our contract with booking.com was until 22.00 and that She Should be thankful that We arrived earlier so She could skip work by more than 2 hours, But - ”No english”. My fience was nautious and needed the bathroom in our room Most of the time. So i started looking for another WC in the hotel. Believe it or not - They were all locked! The lady had locked everything and gone home! No other personnel was available in the entire hotel. Upon check-in she told me that the breakfast was served Between 06.30-10.00. We came down at 7 and it was closed. A note said that it Would open at 07.30...
