Excellent breakfast, large room, EV fast chargers.

Hotel feels a bit dated.

Big hotel build in 1984. Just stayed one night with late arrival. We did therefore not see much of the facilities. But what from what we saw, it was ok. Nice and clean.

We had our dinner in the hotel. This was true to the year of build (1984). Not good at all. Only positive remark I can come of is. The plates was clean! 75% convinience/tetrapack, overcooked, tasteless, ...

Professional personnel at reception.

I was upgraded by booking.com to comfort room but it was not really comfortable room, old one from 80s. Those rooms remember old good times when they were built :-). No redecorating till now. You have to wait approx. 1h to get a steak.

no aircon or fan in summer you have to open the door to cool down the room but the people smoke outside on balconies that goes into the room. my son has asma so he got asma attacks. our night were horrible

General facilities are fine but surely have seen better times. Crew is generally kind, except for the night receptionist.

The gentleman of the night service at reception was extremely unkind to talk to when requesting his help. He disregarded my request in regard to a vending machine when I was trying to acquire a beverage and invited my to go to my room. Very rude and unprofessional from a person who should assist hotel guests.

great location close to autobahn

Hotel is close to a very nice green area (Wittringen). Always worth a visit. The forest is great for walking and jogging. You can also find nice places to eat there. In the hotel the food is very good. You can find a very nice breakfast and good options also for dinner

Wi-Fi in the rooms is weak and unstable

Many empty cans of beer inside , and for big room like this you need one big bed cause everyone have to sleep separatly. And balcony should be separated . No english Tv
