Within top 5 best hotels and hotel rooms we've ever booked for the price and expectations. It exceeded our expectations by far. From a regular hotel room to an super comfy, tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff, to the a bit expensive car park, everything was as it should. Super modern bathroom, no issues with mold/damp/fully equipped with everything you'll need from a hotel room's bathroom. HUUUUGE (at least 20cm height) mattress, the comfiest we've ever had.

Hotels's own car park a bit too expensive, especially when on the road there's free parking or cheaper parking, but at least with the hotel one you have the security and piece of mind nobody from outside would be able to break into your car. Carpets could do with a bit of a clean, as ours was a bit dirty.

My selection was as very good for the value. The breakfast was served with limited variety, but the quality of the food was quite well. The rooms were big enough for comfort. The room and bathroom was clean and seem new. Parking lot is comfortable with plenty of available space. Also has charging stations for e-cars.

I stayed on the 4th floor and the drink automat was creating a lot of noise. I am not sure it was a temporary problem but the noise was disturbing. Also, the air conditioner system was creating loud noise.

We find a 40€ extra fee for two small dogs expensive.

the attidude of the staff its terrible. its not normal to keep waiting all the family in the lobby for more than one hour at the night time because they have troubles with booking com. They can see the reservation, that the reservation is paid, that two rooms are booked, but they cant give the rooms because they dont know which rooms should be given and for the guy responsible for that its better to work in the bar without any atention to the clients or searching for a solution.

Not the cheapest for a night break on the road. Good breakfast, clean and spacious room.

Great staff at reception. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. Parking garage underlying the hotel. I especially loved the possibility to take a coffee with you in the morning.

The pillows were very low - had to use both in the room. Soundproofing inexistent, one can hear everything going on in the corridor and on the street.

The receptionists were super kind... The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and a good price...

Everything was clean except for a shower curtain.

The hotel is situated in the nicest part of Chemnitz. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are really tasty.

There are no bedside sockets in the rooms.
