bathroom is outdated, and reception staff was not very friendly on arrival.

rooms are a bit small and old. for example ac socket is available only on one side of the bed

I only had one night - not enough to explore all the facilities and enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. The pool and asps facilities look super.

Staff not overly friendly and too expensive for the room. Added parking fee after.

There is No personality! you cant find staff members, unfriendly and you dont feel welcomed

Breakfast with its good variety and location with its nearness to the promenade, were awesome. Definitely a bonus to find such a lovely location. Would choose the hotel again just for its location.

Not all staff are friendly and do not believe in good service. No one takes care to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms are located in different buildings and this is very uncomfortable with luggage, as one has to take the lift several times to go in and out of the hotel rooms. Post check in, it is a big hassle.

Jan the waiter was the best and needs a raise and promotion he truly has hotel customer service qualities that make your hotel stand out , you need to keep him very attentive. Michelle at front desk was also excellent warm and approachable . Tip some staff need a bit more customer service training they don’t greet guest or smile as much as Jan and Michelle, especially the older front desk folks. Some just stood in front desk and just looked at guest passing by no greeting at all , in fact the guest greeted them first at times. Need bell carts for luggage, bigger orange juice glasses for breakfast, but over all stau was a success we will come back so don’t forget us?

Need luggage carts, breakfast orange glasses to Tiny has to repeat fill ups gets annoying for staff also . Front desk older folks seem to gather in morning at front desk and guest watch without greeting guest at all a bit customer service training refresher needed, guest greeted them first and they then greeted guest back, should be the opposite.
