My room was in an ideal location, just to the right of reception and close to the breakfast. I particularly appreciated that breakfast begins at 6:30am and that we can check-out at noon. This makes everything leisurely and not a rush to leave right after breakfast. The man and woman at the front desk were very nice. I was able to leave my suitcase for a short while after checking out.

Excellent breakfast, great variety and pleasant dining room. We made a last minute change and wanted a hotel convenient to the train station. This hotel was an extremely pleasant surprise.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Despite having a room away from streets, people in the courtyard talked loudly until midnight but I didn’t complain or notify the management.

All staff were very pleasant but very little English was spoken.

Breakfast was good, with everything important avialable. The rooms were clean and there was a possibility to make tea.

It was very noisy because the tram goes right past the hotel. However, since the rooms are not air-conditioned, the windows had to stay open.

The location was perfect, all sightseeins were nearby and the train station as well. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, would recommend this hotel if you want to stay somewhere nearby the city center and train station.

The hotel is old and in need of a refresh but the staff were helpful plenty of information was provided on the services they offered and we're happy to provide extra towels pillows etc. The location was fantastic for a short stopover on our way to Berlin via train and there were plenty of shops in the area and was easy to get around from here.

Unfortunately it was very hot the night we stayed and the hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms. Even with the window open it was a very hot and uncomfortable night. I can see the hotel is well set up for cold weather just not hot weather. The fridge was also not working which was not overly bothersome but would have been nice to be able to keep some drinks cold.
