Idyllic hotel, perfect location for a base to travel around Switzerland! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds. We absolutely loved the shutters and the view from the bedroom was stunning!

Beautiful building and free parking. In a walkable location to the center. Terrific view from the room which was in the front of the hotel on the second floor.

Room and bathroom were very small and just about adequate. It was clean but a bad smell wafted into the bathroom from time to time. It is not a deal breaker but needs to be looked at. There was no AC in the room but a small fan which did the job when we were there.

The location is fab. Not exactly opposite the station but reasonably decent walk of abt 10 mins. Views mountains outside the hotel and from the room were nice. Except for Cindy rest of the staff like John breakfast room, Claudia/Daisy at reception were smiling and answered questions or helped when we asked anything

Facilities: No AC in the hot weather. A very small fan. Had to be uncomfortable and sweaty all night and request a table fan later on day 2 Over priced for the lack of facilities at almost CHF 1150 plus hidden costs of 210 CHF for extra bed even when we didn't want it as that was their policy to charge for extra bed and not extra person with breakfast without bed. Lady at reception Cindy - very rude and I wouldn't say racist as it's a very strong word, but let's say she wasn't really helpful. Not even smiling and welcoming. Quite a snub giver and will take her own sweet time to come out of the cabin to the main reception and make it look like a big deal if you ask her anything. I understand she's close to the owners so no one can say anything against her.

Lovely staff and great location right around the corner from the train station. The hotel staff were great and the hotel amenities were charming.

I like breakfast, room decoration, mountain view and location of the hotel.

Once we step into the room for the first time, there is many dust on the floor. We found that our feet is dirty and we need to clean the floor by ourselves. Next day, the room was cleaned up as it should be.

Great location. Welcoming and highly accommodating staff. Clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast was plentiful.
