I’m hoping it could be more international cusine.

Hoping to have an activity in the beach and the curfew will be like 8pm in the beach.

Rooms, Pool, Beach, Food and above all very helpful staff

Parking was alot busy but thats probably due to Eid

Beach side. Kids friendly hotel. It was our 4th times in Novotel Bahrain. At the moment we didn’t stay at any hotel yet except Novotel :)

انه لا يوجد سوى لاونج واحد فقط للشيشة كنت اتمنى يكون في الجلسات الخارجية وكمان سعرها جدا غالي

the room was good and spacious though more traditional than modern/western. The front desk staff were helpful and it's close to many places. Overall, lovely stay.

Though we booked a room for 2 adults + 2 kids, we were provided 1 big bed, would have preferred 2 double beds.

اغلاق الشاطئ في وقت مبكر / وعدم وجود كوفي شوب بكثره

Room was nice and spacious and enjoyed the balcony. Staff friendly. Ambience around the pool during Iftar was good. Parking was good and the Art Gallery in close proximity.

The pool and beach looked good. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy it. Opening times and closing times posted were 9am-6pm, which made no sense. Timings should be earlier and later for use of the pool or beach Not sure if this was due to our visit being in Ramadan... Request a sea view, our room was in the corner so view was a little blocked. We only found the beach area the night before we left, we should have been told about that location on check-in. Calamari on seafood platter was deep fried rings and overcooked. Picture on menu was tubes, waiter should have asked for our preference.

The beach was clean

كل شي جميل ورائع

الحمام لم يكن ماء الدش قوي للاستحمام وضعيف جدا

الموقع /مافيه ازعاج /الغرفة لاباس فيها من حيث تنظيم الاثاث /و السرير مريح نوعاً ما

تعامل الاستقبال الحجز كان غرفة على البحر و تم تسكيني بغرفة على الشاطئ وبعد المداولات عرض علي ترقية الغرفة مقبال 200 ريال بخصم نصف الترقيه وعند رويئة الغرفة المعروضه اتضح انها نفس الاطلالة على الشاطئ وبعد التواصل مع بوكنج اخبروهم انهم عرضو علي ترقيه مجانيه والغرفة المجهزة لي على البحر ساعتين من الانتظار بالاستقبال ولم يستطيع الفندق تامين حجزي مدعي ان غرفتي على البحر نفس حجزي ولكم الحكم بالاطلاع على الصور ولازلت اطالب بحقي بالتواصل مع بوكنج

الموقع جميل لكن يحتاج مرافق خدمية اضافيه وكذلك الاهتمام بنظافه الغرف واثاث جديد

المخدات والمفارش تحتاج اهتمام اكثر بالنظافه كذلك لايوجد سوى مطعم واحد يحتاج تنوع بالمطاعم خاصه المنتجع كبير كذلك السعر مرتفع مقارنه بالخدمات

We liked that the property was central . The staff were very accommodating.

Signal and Wi-Fi reception was non existent - we basically couldn’t use our phones all weekend . Breakfast was VERY average , we didn’t even end up going the 2nd day . Although , the restaurants food outside their breakfast offering was okay .

المكان الذي يقع فيه المنتجع فقط قريب من المركز

الخدمة جدا سئية منذ دخولي المنتجع

The resort is very old with old furniture The price is high Car parking difficult and narrow inside the resort and only one direction,,, you have to make u turn to move your car from the parking The excess to the resort difficult,,, you have to drive all the way though major roads to arrive,, No house keeping services afternoon,,, no room cleaning unless you request,,, Wi fi very weak with alot of cuts... I will not come back again

The furniture is quite old. The lighting in the room is not enough. The noise of the water crafts late night.
