very quiet and warm. Basic, but for the price it did that very well. can’t really complain about anything. I’d use this hotel again.

Really nice room for the price, even a full 1 liter water bottle inside and a controllable radiator

checking in was a little confusing, no key for the night entrance available but main door was open 24/7 anyway

There were no breakfast facilities available although they have been available previously and there are few adequate alternatives nearby.

Having stayed here a number of times and recommended others to stay, we were very surprised to find the hotel no longer offered breakfast facilities. This needs to be made much clearer on the booking site as we had enjoyed this facility previously. Disappointed too that charges are made for car parking and also wifi with password. New competition has arrived with the Hotel Niu opening nearby, so some of these policies and withdrawal of facilities maybe should be reviewed.

The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean.

The staff was not very friendly, there were always several male staff members hanging out in the front of the building smoking and chatting, one day male and female staff members were arguing very loudly and shouting at each other in the street, it made us feel quite uncomfortable, The bath towels were very small

Lovely people that work there , its extremely clean and if you arrive by personal car , make sure to call ahead and reserve a parking space for 8 Euros , space is limited and reserving one will assure you having access. Also , the subway that starts as an above ground trolly around the corner and takes you straight to Koenigs Allee stops a few feet away from hotel , and ALL-DAY passes can be purchased for 3 Euros at check-in.

Easy to find, close to restaurants and not too far from city centre, staff were very helpful and called back very quickly

Parking is a premium, book early, if the weekend there is street parking nearby
