You have to open windows for fresh air in the summer and.... We expected the noise, but our expectations were exceeded. A LOT OF NOISE outside, especially in the morning while street were cleaning. They just need to resolv issue with air conditioning and everything will be perfect.

The hotel has a perfect location just opposite the train station, few minutes walk to the lake.

The room was too small to fully open my large suitcase. We needed to carry some chairs around to fit it comfortably on the floor.

The location was next to the railway station. The hotel was unique with an old fashioned way. The staff was very helpful. They get me gluten free bread for the breakfast.

The was no air condition. So it was too hot when there was 38 degrees outside. There was only a small fan.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay. Your staff (everyone we met) was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was excellent- - proximity to train station and walking distance to so much. City transportation cards were a plus.

My room was right by reception and was noisy in the morning when folk were at breakfast. OK as I was only staying one night I would probably have asked to move to a different room if staying longer.

not much, all was good. property could potentially provide information about the Geneva Travel Card before people arrive. this will help clear up confusion as there is not much online about the card

Location is great, it's in center opposite main station. Receptionist is nice and polite, inquisitive and inquisitive. Environment is nice - it's nice that we don't have to carry keys. Good sleep and amazing bathroom - great value. Interior of hotel is quiet.

As I mentioned - close to station and center, where it lives non-stop. A few homeless people and various people who may not come safely. On Sunday morning, you will meet few people drunk after heavy night - this is everywhere (Berlin-Prague-Geneva etc.)

The place was well situated next to the main train station but still, the windows did not let in any noise. We loved the place. We also enjoyed a continental breakfast, with nice options. A great bargain for the price.

We were happy with everything, there was nothing bad to say.
