The location is perfect. The room is spacious and clean, we enjoyed it in Hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the chefs and staff are very friendly. Score 10 for the hotel and staff.

위치가 푸티안역과 코코파크 사이라서 도보로 지하철 다니기 너무 편했습니다. 고층이라 야경 뷰가 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 조식도 무난히 맛있습니다.

가격대비 시설 및 방 컨디션은 다소 부족한듯 합니다. 위치가 깡패니 이해는 됩니다. 생일이어서 혹시 몰라 멘션 해두었으나 (요청은 안함) 따로 준비되는건은 없었습니다.

I love the location and the playroom of the hotel. We took the shopping park exist B to reach the hotel. Futian station is too bug and confusing. The hotel staff is very friendly. Ethan didn't question f I spoke Chinese or not, just reply to me in English when I asked about wifi connection. And Alice helped with locating the convenience stores just across the street. The playroom is great. It's not very big but good enough to play for a awhile.

No staff minding the playroom, and guests came in without socks. It's not very hygienic. And some of the kids are playing too rough. Parents really need to mind the kids when there are bigger kids join the playroom. Some of the ball in the ball pit is dirty. I think it is better to put hand sanitizer there too. One of the kids even asked me for it.

Good location, just walk distance to all popular mall. Front desk staff very professional & other staff are friendly & helpful as well.

Völlig überfüllter Frühstücksbereich, längere Wartezeiten - auf Geschäftsreise inakzeptabel. Der bisherige Frühstücksbereich in der Executive Lounge gibt es nicht mehr. :-(
