Great location. It was opposite Rixos hotel. Apartment was huge and good for 5-6 people. Each room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I absolutely loved this hotel's perfect location at the heart of JBR The Walk. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views with natural daylight. The front desk staff were exceptional, providing phenomenal service throughout my stay, and the HK service was at the same high level. With its proximity to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, the beach, and The Walk, there was always entertainment available, even at 3 am. I initially booked for 3 days but ended up extending my stay twice for another 4 days. That should tell you how much I enjoyed it!

The SPA! poor…

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, en de locatie is echt perfect.... Mooi aan het begin van de boulevard met de vele eettentjes en supermarkt om de hoek heb je alles binnen handbereik. Ook de taxi kan makkelijk voor de deur stoppen en het is makkelijk te vinden.

Ja de kamer... Dat was toch niet helemaal wat we hadden verwacht. Wij hadden een superior 2 bedroom apartment. Ja ze zijn gigantisch. Daar valt niks over te zeggen. Wat een ruimte. Maar ze zijn wel echt gedateerd.. Onzettend veel schimmel op de kit randen op de badkamer en op een badkamer was het echt onder de maat met vuile en versleten vlekken in de badkuip. Ronduit onhygienisch. De keuken valt van ellende uit elkaar. Als je een kastje open maakt moet je hopen dat ie niet eraf valt. Vaatwasser deed het niet ( uiteindelijk hebben ze dit gemaakt maar was bekend wat de kraan stond niet voor niks dicht.. Kraan lekte ) Lamp in de kamer was afgebroken. Bedlampen zitten met plakband aan elkaar en zo kan je nog even door gaan... Echt onder de maat en onhygienisch. Er was nog aangeboden om een andere kamer te nemen maar toen we daar gingen kijken was het precies hetzelfde... Tevens leuk zo'n keuken maar met een koekepan in de kast kan je nog niet eens een ei koken

Everything else was subpar. I hated the reception manager. They were very arrogant and rude. Only aim was to extract money out of you. They don't care whether you are tired, pregnant, reasonable etc

Wir waren das 2 mal da und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool toll leider Zuviel im Schatten .

Room sizes were very good. Spacious and clean.

Bathrooms in a terrible state. I had to change rooms due to a cracked bath. Moved and then had a shower with mouldy ceiling. Didn’t bother asking to change again!

J’ai aimé l’emplacement

Il n’y a pas de service , les employés ne font aucun effort , le ménage n’est pas effectué tout les jours nous étions obligé de faire des réclamation a l’accueil tout les jours , car pas de serviette pour faire la douche les employé les récupérait et ne remplaçait pas et le ménage n’était pas effectué . Salle de bain vétuste( joint moisissures ) canapé piteux état on s’enfonçait littéralement dedans .

A 34. emeleten tényleg csodálatos a kilátás. Nem csalódtunk. A lakás hatalmas, és jól felszerelt. A takarításra nem volt panasz. A medencetér tiszta és állandóan takarítják. A gym tökéletes.

A reggeli lehetne választékosabb, de ami ennél is jobban zavart, hogy a padló ragadt a kiöntött narancslétől, az asztlok alatt péksütemény darabok. Sajnos az "asztal alatti" területeket jobban takaríthatták volna. Mindössze 1 napot reggeliztünk itt, a többit máshol oldottuk meg.

Had to wait for my room to be ready to check in a few hours, then should wait my luggage to be delivered upstairs few hours more. The staff wasn’t helpful beginning from the booking. Really disappointing, first time I was facing that level of service in Dubai.

Quel dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles : Ménage non fait pendant 2 jours, eau froide pendant 2 jours également

Baignoire bouchée tous le séjour et fissuré. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Et des insectes partout dans la chambre ! 250aed pour que quelqu’un puisse vous visiter quelques minutes..

Staff were very helpful and friendly upon arrival, premises was immaculate, very well maintained and clean. Location was good, around 5min walk to the restaurants and beach. We had an evening flight, so once we checked out I mentioned this to the receptionist and said that we can relax in the lobby, make use of the pool etc as it’s still our home which made us feel very comfortable and valued.

As stated, we had an evening flight and my wife had a swollen ankle so we sat on the sofa, with her leg raised to help with the pain. However the “Duty Manager “ Uzwa came over and requested that she not rest her ankle on the cushion as it didn’t look “good “. Had no concern about her or even asked if she was okay… However the receptionist noticed this and came over after and apologised, offered to help by getting ice and allowing her to rest her foot on the chair. Uzwa (not sure of the correct spelling ) ruined what was a delightful and lovely stay. Should care more about guests and their well being rather than the furniture…
