Very good location in the town, pleasant staff, the dining room seemed a bit cramped and crowded at times. The room itself was nice, we had everything we needed.

However mattresses and pillows were, as usual, too soft for our liking.

The location allowed easy access to numerous hiking trails.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Room was cleanly and homely.We enjoyed our stay.

The property is very close to the Bahnhof and the city center. Tasty food and good amenities like sauna, massage, swimming pool and steam bath. the staffs were very friendly especially Anna! she was a sweet heart♥️ The staffs could also speak good English. The room with the view is everything one could ask for. On the whole we enjoyed our stay 😊

As an overnight stop on train journey through Germany and on down through Italy, this was fine. Convenient to the train station, perfectly acceptable accommodation. Warm room, plenty of space and balcony. View from balcony to the sun catching the mountains in the morning. Good breakfast.

More of a B&B than a hotel, not a problem for us, but all apparently ‘closed’ downstairs in the evening with the lights off. Not a huge problem, as other bars and restaurants open in town and only staying one night.

Fantastic location as it is at the city centre and the view of the snow-clad mountains from the balcony is worth remembering. Breakfast has a good number of options and the waitress is nice and approachable. The staff are generally kind and friendly and can speak decent English.

The room we stayed in did not appear like what we saw in the pictures i.e. with the one we booked. It seemed much smaller and older. One of the table lamps were not working. They could have offered one bottle of mineral water for free upon arrival, as we usually get it in most hotels. The bath robes that we received were damp. My swimming goggles and cap were kept in the Sauna area for a few hours and they got lost when I went to get them. The staff could not locate them either. The pillow cases were not clean enough.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Pool was great. Breakfast superb.

Location is convenient, just right besides the town centre. Also, a balcony helps to relax in the tiny room. Breakfast is excellent and variety.

The room was loud (off of the common area) and the parking was difficult (we were blocked in). The hotel is currently under renovation which means plastic sheeting and sawdust.

pillows were very uncomfortable - floppy with no support so didn’t get a great nights sleep lots of tat in rooms which should be put away to make more space / keep it clean busy but a bit disorganised for check-in, housekeeping, breakfast renewal - felt like they needed more staff - ran out of towels, toilet paper, shower wash etc

Faboulous breakfast served in a wonderful dining area. Friendly staff. Nice rustic interior and a two-part room with a balcony. Real bavarian gem to visit.

Rooms were quite cold when I arrived. Took me a while to figure out how to adjust the thermostats directly on the radiators to get it to warm up.

The hostess was very kind and very helpful. The Sauna and swimmingpool was very nice. Mittenwald is beautyful and it was a short way to walk, no matter if you take the bus or train, go to the city, Restaurants, in the mountains, renting skies.

The coffee was really awful. That is a big shame and not worthy for a hotel like that. The staff was friendly enough, if they were present, but offen not understanding much.
