Tolles Hotel mit modernen, renovierten Zimmern. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt überaus freundlich. Am besten ist, dass es Elektroparkplätze gibt. Das hätte ich bei einem Hotel in einer Kleinstadt nicht unbedingt erwartet. Die Parkplätze sind zwar nicht umsonst, aber wo sind sie das schon, wenn man total zentral in der Innenstadt wohnt? Auch das Restaurant war absolut klasse!

Das Bad im Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen - das ist nicht 4* Standard, sondern höchstens 2*

Neat and clean place close to the city centre. Rooms were basic but comfortable . Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast basic and good. Service and staff were very good. Was good enough for a business trip. Would not rate it as luxury though.

NO air conditioning. But then no hotels in this area have air conditioning as it is cool or cold most of the year. But they did Give me a fan on request. The bathrooms are dated and need to be refurbished ASAP. They really need a doing. Room is too basic .

Great central Minden location. Good parking in front of hotel, across the road and under hotel. Nice bar and good selection of continental breakfast items and a few hot items. Room is a nice size and the bed was comfortable.

Staff didn't seem welcoming on our arrival, possibly my German could have been better.

Well presented and breakfast was excellent. Huge range of choice and very good quality

Staff were unfriendly giving the hotel an impersonal feeling. Would have liked a drink at the bar before retiring but drink ordered was not available and we weren’t offered anything else or helped in any way……a total waste of resources. Pillows on bed far to flimsy and no alternatives.

Nice rooms, plenty of space, mini bar, parking, central location. Friendly helpful staff.
