Die Dame morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich und immer für einen Schwatz mit den Gästen zu haben. Der Indoor Pool ist sehr schön mit den Liegen, die Sauberkeit lässt dort bei den Böden rund um den Pool jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind mit kleinen Kindern gereist, welche am Poolrand spielen, jedoch gab es dort Dreck und Haare. Während den 4 Tagen im Hotel wurde dort auch nie gereinigt. Die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise ebenfalls nicht sauber. Aber natürlich ist es toll, dass es einen Wellnessbereich überhaupt gibt und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Die Kinderspielecke im Haus 4 ist auch toll, jedoch wenig beheizt und kühl im Winter zum spielen mit Kleinkindern. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen und morgens hörte man die Vögel laut zwitschern, was sehr schön war. Nachmittags gibt es kostenlos Kuchen und Kaffee/Tee.

Das Zimmer war sehr eng für 4 Personen, die Dusche war in der Badewanne, nur mit einer kleinen Duschwand, was nicht wirklich praktisch ist. Unter den Betten befand sich sehr viel Staub und Dreck. Am Schlimmsten war jedoch die Dame am Empfang, welche am Donnerstagmorgen 29. Februar und Freitagmorgen 1. März gearbeitet hat. Sehr unfreundlich, kurz angebunden und arrogant. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man eine solche Person in der Reception beschäftigen kann mit ständigem Kundenkontakt. Leider kam unser Zimmerschlüssel auf merkwürdige Weise abhanden und uns wurden dafür noch Euro 20 verrechnet, obwohl er sicherlich im Zimmer wieder zum Vorschein kommt bei der Endreinigung. Dies fanden wir ebenfalls sehr kundenunfreundlich! Das Abendessen war für 16.50 Euro zwar essbar, aber sicher keine Spitzenleistung. Im Hotel gab es überwiegend ältere Leute, in der Ortschaft ist im Winter nichts los, es gibt auch keinen kleinen Laden. Leider ist das Hallenbad für Familien nur von 10-14 Uhr benutzbar, so etwas haben wir vorher noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt, dass man die Infrastruktur nur zu gewissen Zeiten nutzen darf!

The hotel, the concept, the location... all is perfect. Nice breakfast, nice menu for dinner. But the lack of professionalism from the staff, takes all this down.

There is a lack of quality and professionalism on the personnel. We were enjoying 2 hours of a 150 euro private room spa and 15 minutes before ending, 2 staff people knocks on the door and enter after that, saying there was an alarm of electricity... is that your way to say your time is ending? We were naked... anyway. Also worth (or not worth) to mention that staff does not speak English, and also the German level is medium, probably all immigrants. Parking space for private car is also difficult, and not well organized or explained.

The location was just fantastic!! Just over the lake and also the facilities: sauna and swimming pool were very good 👍. Children play area also very good. We had free drinking water provided daily both still and sparkling.

No hot options for Vegetarians for Breakfast like no toast or baked beans etc. The pool was allowed for families between 10am-2pm which was not conveyed before.

We liked the wellness area, the lawn on the lake, the indoor swimming pool, and the nice breakfast. Complimentary snack and tea at the pool bar were a nice plus. We also liked the bicycle parking garage and the connection bridge within the property. The reception was friendly and tried to be helpful with the smell issue in the room; she sent us a spray can of room air refresher. The property was booked out so they could not offer us another room.

The musty smell of the closet in our room (#404). The towels in the closet were all unusable because of the smell. The carpets in some areas of the hotel, especially in the older buildings (e.g. #4) and the carpet on the way to the spa area on the 1st floor of the main building all smell musty (mildew and mold). Hope they can fix that for future travellers...

Very nice view of the lake and nice pool.

This is not a hotel for young families! The pool hours are very limited when families are allowed to use it. They placed us in a room in the far back building far away from the front and we did not get wifi signal. When we asked to move closer to the front where the WiFi connection is they said we could not move. The general crowd at this hotel are retirement aged adults and we felt we had to be very quite most of the time. There is not much to do with children here. We shortened our stay from 3 to 2 nights but still had to pay for 3 nights.

Breakfast was a great buffet, dinner was excellent, the pool was wonderful and the location is fantastic, right by the lake, with walks available bby the lake.
