Interesting concept of integration of hotel with seniors community residence with shared dining facility. We didn't use spa etc but room and bathroom were of generous size to presumably allow for easier mobility of a resident or guest. Clean. Nice balcony with garden view. We didn't know there was a sunshade on outer balcony to keep room cooler. It would have been nice to know or to have a fan. Excellent breakfast. Charming place but different from hotel feel. Centrally located, quiet.

The facilities were good and the location was great

The room had no kettle. For the money paid I expected that. The breakfast options were quite sad with only cold breakfast options (eggs were the only warm breakfast). Fresh fruits were sparse. The breakfast staff were extremely rude giving priority to their group bookings. Even when requested (since I was travelling with two senior citizens) they wanted us to sit all the way back at the breakfast table.

Friendly staff at breakfast. Good breakfast buffet. Modern room furnishings. Right next to bus stop with frequent service.

Room felt a little stuffy and not able to change pre-set temperature.

Excellent location. Easy access to interlaken ost. They used to keep fruits in the corridor for travellers

The room was lovely overlooking a courtyard and very spacious after so many days of tiny hotel rooms. Great breakfasts in a large spacious common room filled with natural light.

This exceeded our expectations on many levels. All good!

The breakfast was nice, the room spacious and comfortably furnished. The staff was very helpful and explained us every of our questions. Just a small warning, our family room had a wheelchair-compatible bathroom, maybe you may want to check this when booking a family room. The location is practical for Interlaken Ost.
