المكان ممتاز جداً ، وموقعه جميل جداً ، والإطلالة جميلة جداً

عند تسجيل الدخول في الاستقبال أعطونا الغرف في المبني القديم ، ولا أعرف ماهو السبب كذلك النظافة تطلبها للغرفة برسوم يعني ليست مجاناً ، كذلك أغطية السرير واللحاف لايتم تغييره طيلة فترة الإقامة ، والمناديل وأكياس الزبالة لايتم تزويدنا بها إلا بالذهاب للإستقبال كأننا نأخذها شحته منهم كذلك لايوجد كاميرات في المبنى من الدخل نهائياً ، وهذا خطير جداً

It was clean and everything needed in the kitchen. Great support from the hotel team, in special from Daniel

Unavailability of the pool. On the rainy days, the sauna could be open earlier

Views from the room were amazing. We had a family room which had 2 spacious rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. We could use a sauna which was open until 10pm.

There were some repairs going on at the time of our stay so the restaurant and pool were closed. Family rooms didn't have a lift up to the 6th floor so we had to cary luggage one level.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber; viele Küchengeräte (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher). Tolle Lage und schöne Zimmer, großer Spielplatz.

Der Dunstabzug war defekt. Der Pool war zu diesem Zeitpunkt geschlossen.

A little bit far from the center of Schladming, but we knew this, so not a problem for us. But as the hotel is situated above Schladming you have a wonderful view over the city and the surrounding area! Good to know that a guarantee of 100 euros is retained and then returned after the check-out (we didn't know about this... it would be useful to write it on booking, so that you know in advance).

Ausblick und Einrichtung waren schön. ABER...

Ich werde nie wieder ein Hotel der Hilton Gruppe besuchen. Beim Check In wurde ich behandelt wie ein Idiot, weil ich nicht wusste, was ein Deposit ist. Also, ich wusste nicht, dass ich 100 Euro hinterlegen soll für den Fall, dass ich das Zimmer beschädige. Im strömenden Regen musste ich nach einem langen Tag nochmal los, die 100 Euro in bar besorgen. Obwohl mir Booking bestätigte, dass alle Kosten und Gebühren bezahlt sind. Morgens, bei der Zimmerkontrolle fiel noch nicht mal auf, dass mein Ladekabel noch dort war. Die 100 Euro hätte ich gerne geholt. Aber der Ton macht die Musik. In keinem Hotel ever musste ich jemals Geld hinterlegen für diesen Fall. Wie der Portier in dem Fall mit mir umging lässt mich die Entscheidung treffen, diese Hotelkette künftig zu meiden.

Room is very comfortable for a couple. It is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Terrace is super spacious with beautiful views to mountains.

SPA was not operational due to reconstruction, and they didn't bother to offer additional service to compensate.

Čerstvo zrekonštruovaný apartmán, čistý, plne vybavený, 2 balkóny, kuchyňa čistá, nová, vrátane umývačky, čistiacich prostriedkov, k dispozícii aj kávovar a varná kanvica. Počas pobytu neobmedzene sauna, herňa, lyžiareň s uzamykateľnými skrinkami a jednoduchšia reštaurácia podľa potreby. Parking bez problémov priamo pred hotelom.

Škoda, že bazén nebol prístupný (bol v rekonštrukcii). Hotel ešte potrebuje postupne rekonštrukciu dalších priestorov, ale je udržiavaný.
