Exceptional service Luxury to it’s definition

The staff were trying to charge more money than was needed. Asked for breakdown and then saw that discount was not implemented. Duty manager then waived off the bill

Breakfast was good but if they provide good tea or good filter coffee ( Good slandered) it would be great. What they provided was reheated coffee/ Tea all the time except on 01-09-23

Coffee they served in the room was pathetic. Finally they realised their mistake and gave another coffee which was an average one

We took 2 rooms, one of them was smelling bad...had to request for change..

Everything was average..no welcome drink, nothing..room was smelling, beds were not comfortable

This is what you call “hospitality”???? 5 minutes after showing me into my room a lady staff comes to inform “Ma’am I have to take the amenities away.” And what you may ask were these so called “amenities”??? A plate of goodies like a macaroon, cake and cookie. Mind you I had already ate half the macaroon since how was I to know that it’s kept in my room and not for me??? If this was the case then it should’ve been removed before I entered the room and not later. Pathetic hospitality!!!!

The Restaurant is not accessible by Wheelchair /people with walking challenges…as it has around 15-20 steps to be climbed …which kind of is at a height of 1st floor

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the friendly and efficient check-in process. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The restaurant offered a fantastic selection of delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at your hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Not sure if this feedback is part of consideration but i saw a great difference in pricing while i booked my stay from booking.com. When I arrived and asked for the room pricing for a day stay; there was almost rs 3000 difference from the amount i booked. This was so bad which actually dropped me loosing my trust from Booking.com. I know and agree that pricing differs on daily basis but I think this much gap is never appreciated. One books stay online to get some benefits but here I bumped into heavy loss. Would not recommend anyone to book hotels (specially) from booking.com

Valet should have been more careful in handling my car. My car rear passenger door got a dent.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand for three nights and it was fanstastic. All staff were so helpful and kind. My room was large, bed was extremely comfortable and everywhere was clean. However the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Specifically, Pritti and Abolee were extra special in how they treat all the customers. I will return again and recommend it to anyone.
