prachtig zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht over Kitzbuhel, sauna: prima ontbijt: zeer verzorgd pendelbusje van het hotel naar skilift heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel alles was erg "service gericht"

wij hadden half pension, dus diner was inbegrepen. Eten was heel verzorgd en prima kwaliteit. Je zou kunnen zeggen "een beetje ouderwets".

Excellent location and room itself (although a little bit loud as it was directly above the main entrance and other guests came back until well after midnight, oblivious of the time time with their loud talking and singing)

This is an amazing hotel. The photos actually don’t do it justice. Lovely spacious rooms and if you get the ones with panoramic views they are excellent. Staff very helpful

The only negative is that it is a little way out from Kitzbuhl so taxis needed although they do offer a limited shuttle service. We had a meal at the restaurant and whilst most of the dishes were delicious the service was a bit slow

Pool area was lovely, although would have preferred to be able to wear swim wear in sauna and steam. We were advised it was a naked area but could wear a towel so didn’t see the difference. We were situated in the old castle area of the hotel which I would not choose to be in. Room was spacious and clean but a little tired and cool and up 3 flights of stairs with no lift available. This cool room must have been previous guest views too as a supplementary heater was put in. The tiled bathroom floor was freezing and shower was over the bath with a small screen. The room was provided with a bottle of tap water but no tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing. Shuttle bus to town was very good as it cost $20 one way to town - only available til 5pm. Staff were nice & free cookies on reception good. Had breakfast and two evening meals and all delicious.

Would have preferred to be in modern area of hotel. Walk to room up castle staircase was cold. Tea and coffee in the room. Tried TV but couldn’t get it to work but didn’t report it as I don’t sit and watch TV in bed without a cup of tea.

Das Hotel ist wirklich eines der sehr schönen und angenehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Augenweide. Sehr angenehmer, wenn auch kurzer Aufenthalt.

Szállás nagyon klassz volt, a régi kastélyban kaptunk szobát, igazi grófi lakosztály. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, magyar személyzet is volt, ami külön meglepetés, sok hasznos infót kaptunk arról mit érdemes megnézni.

Sajnos a panoráma uszoda felújítás alatt volt, így azt nagy sajnálatunkra nem tudtuk használni.

Mitarbeiter Top, Frühstück sehr gut, Lage ausgezeichnet, SPA hervorragend, Schwimmbad geschlossen wurde aber vorab darauf hingewiesen, Top (!)

Bis auf die Tierchen im Zimmer, aber halb so schlimm;) // würde zukünftig wieder eine andere Zimmer Kategorie buchen. Im Schloss war es etwas abgewohnt…..

Tolles Hotel, Der Pool und der Ausicht ist ein Erlebniss Wert. Frühstühck ist ausgezeichnet, Personal sehr freundlich.

Wenn man Check-in um eine Stunde vorzieht, wäre perfekt.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, für alle Genüsse etwas dabei, große Auswahl an verschiedenen Tee's immer alles verfügbar, viele "gute Geister" :-)

Excellent quality of facilities, fabulous views across Kitzbühel (including from the pool), very helpful staff, great food (both breakfast and half board dinner) and useful hourly shuttle service into Kitzbühel

Our room had no air conditioning which did make sleeping in the hot weather difficult. Main concern was inconsistent service at dinner - sometimes fabulous and at other times slow and chaotic (despite the hotel being relatively quiet when we stayed)

Very professional and friendly staff. Very pet friendly (our dog made so many friends). Amazing location, 10 min walk from the center and 15 min walk to the lake. Delicious breakfast, half pension and snack options at the bar. Best indoor swimming pool ever. Very cozy room with a terrace. If you are searching a place to relax, this is the place to be.

In general, all good. Only perhaps the fact that to get to the building extension requires some up and downs with stairs or elevator. A lift from this building to the ground floor / external garage could be good.

There is no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot

Hotel was first class with fantastic facilities and views. unfortunate that we were not able to use the drying room for our soaking wet motorcycle gear and had to put wet gear on again the next day.

Breakfast and room were good but did not have time for the pool. Also there was no indications or prompters of your pool.

Lovely views and very friendly staff. Free parking was good. Quiet traditional room in the old castle section. Shuttle service into town was handy and free - a 5 min drive and left on the hour.

Was expecting a modern room. Double room shows pictures of both the castle rooms and modern rooms. Lots of stairs to the castle rooms and staff assisted us with the bags. Convention group here during our stay.
