The breakfast was fantastic every day ! the whole hotel experience was amazing 🤩

Great location, room was comfortable, great breakfast.

Not very suitable for families, the pools you see in the pictures are not available for families, but part of the wellness center, the beach area that is reserved for the hotel guest is in the far end of the beach and not close to the hotel facilities and bar, what makes it difficult. During the weekend the hotel facilities are open to the public what makes it very very crowded, I will recommend to only stay in the middle of the week.

Very helpful staff to get to and from locations including a shuttle from the train stations. The wellness spa was quiet and relaxing with a great pool!

The spa/beach closed at 6. It is difficult to get transportation before 8 am but we figured it out!

Reception and all hotel staff were brilliant over all though. Breakfast team excelled, especially Salvatore, who was attentive, informative and extremely professional, well done and thank you very much.

The free bus to the town was extremely disappointing and upsetting, especially for my wife who suffers from a great fear of heights and long drops. The courtesy bus collected us from the town station, along with about 10 drunken swearing youths who paid the driver 5 euros each to take them to their hotel. This was unacceptable, particularly as the hotel was past our destination, up a very steep hill. We asked him stop and take us to the hotel but he carried so my wife had to get up to speak to the driver, he eventually stopped, let the youths off, did a u-turm on the hill road. this was terrifying for my wife. He then went down the hill and could not make the turn into the road for the hotel, backing onto the main road in front of a large bus. Seat belts didnt work, light were very poor On retuning to the hotel after the courtesy bus trip, my wife was extremely shaken up, anxious and crying. I asked for a jug of milk to make some tea and coffee to calm her, we were charged for this, terrible. The next morning we spoke to reception who were very apologetic, however no kind of compensation was offered, we had to ask. The receptionist said she did not like the bus driver who was rude, smoked in the bus, discourtious and unprofessional. Suggestion - Change your courtesy bus driver and contractor, use roadworthy buses, not wrecks.

Giulia and Anna went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were the best! I’ve stayed at my share of hotels but these women were amazing!

Staff were really nice and spoke great English, especially Salvatore, he couldn't do enough to make us happy and enjoy our stay. Our luggage was delayed from Naples and they assisted in calling the airport and getting it to our room when it arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

the resort is beachfront with free parking space and just few steps away to the port where you can go to capri or other cities such as amalfi and positano. room was very clean and good size the stuff in this resort are very friendly and helpful breakfast is over seeing the beach, very beautiful view

we went on end of April so the heater was on and the air conditioning was off so it was bit hot in the room

Great choice for breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to assist us. Beautiful location with ocean views and views of Mount Vesuvius. Outside spa facilities were excellent. Would definitely recommend

The Pool, Campari and Sunsets. Great views from our room. Food wonderful especially the chocolate dessert and pedicure.

Restaurant upstairs too brightly light so you could not see out at night time. Taxi payment had to be cash even though booked by hotel. Cashpoint terrible in harbour intermittent operation. Needed more tea bags

The hotel was beautiful, the grounds and pools were amazing. Very secluded area away from the busy streets and people.

Having some coffee in the room would have been good. Only tea available

Resort was beautiful, white, clean and modern. Staff bent over backwards for the guests. Two people in reception were more than informative about the location, taxis, trains, ferries and shuttles. The gentleman in the front was so kind, when our taxi didn't show up, he drove us himself!

Great service for most part. Shuttle bus drivers were ok except on time when he dropped us in the middle of town instead of at train station and told us to walk because he had to pick up other passengers. Or the time he wanted to cram 10 people in a 6 seater shuttle bus.

Apart from a tiny shop on the campsite next door there are no convenience stores nearby unless you go to the town at the very top of the hillside. You would have to use the shuttle bus or get a taxi €12 each way.

The spa facilities were amazing. Very organised sun bathing on the beach and plenty of towels available for guests.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, from reception to restaurant and wellness area (thanks to Mario and Ernesto)! Breakfast was great, very fast service. The room was quite big, had a lot of storage and a great view from the balcony. Parking was free and very convinient.

The bathroom wasn't reallly clean, had to wipe down surfaces - plus there was a lot of mold in the shower and next to it. The armchair and the forms to order the washing service were filthy. The beach was disappointing, only a small area belongs to the hotel. And it wasn't really clean. Furthermore we could hear our neighbours, everything happening in the hallway and the parties outdoors.

The views were beautiful. We loved sitting by the marine watching the boats and there are great restaurants along there too. Wellness Center was great for adults away from the busy beach and smaller pool. Staff on Reception were very helpful with any questions we had, particularly about airport transfer. We chose to get a taxi which came at a high cost (90 euro). We also got stung from Pompeii station on a taxi to the resort but there didn’t seem to be any other public transport option. Shuttle bus into town was handy but there is also a nice walk up if you don’t mind climbing stairs!

Would have liked more information on excursions/boat trips to Capri etc. they seemed very pricey from tourist office at the marine. Our room was huge but had a locked door connecting to another, you could hear everything from the guests next to us and they could probably hear us! Clearer information on wellness Center/ pools would have been helpful as initially we were not sure whether we could use them or not. At weekends we were not allowed to put a parasol up because public were also using. This seemed strange when we were sat next to a lounger with the parasol down? The beach was very stoney, take your sea shoes!
