amazing breakfast

the door of our bathroom was broken

Room was nice, beds were fine and breakfast was fine too.

An event organiser adjacent to the hotel is obviously allowed to play loud and live music till after midnight which of course did affect our sleep. We can not comprehend how this can be allowed by the authorities, especially since there are also large appartment buildings next to the hotel and nobody in the those buildings can get one second of sleep before the music stops. Next time in Palermo we will chose another hotel.

The breakfast was really good, we were especially pleased with the offer of traditional Sicilian food/desserts. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The parking space.

Staff very unfriendly. Starts at the reception, we greeted them, in the evening, and in the morning, they didnt answser. People in Sicily are so friendly, but in this hotel they were so unfriendly. Our room was above the entrance, people were smoking and talking since 6 AM, so we also had to wake up at 6 AM, TV did not work. Wifi was so slow that it was just useless to connect to their WIFI. And then the breakfast, they have 5 staff members standing and looking around, and when we wanted to eat breakfast, the scrambled eggs pan was empty. So we informed the "5" staff standing around that the eggs were empty, then they told us we have to wait 15 minutes :-( Then we had the coffee from their coffee machine, really HORRIBLE coffee, and then comes an Italian customer, and the 5 staff offer him coffee from a hidden machine that they have in the kitchen. I never write negative comments, but this hotel was really the worst hotel that I ever slept in.

Walking distance to Sisa Supermarket.

Rooms were sparsely furnished, no coffee maker. Expected more from BW

The rooms are comfy and cosy. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is helpful and professional. The position is perfect for the place I have to go to.

The bedroom was fine and spacious with a balcony. As much breakfast as you could eat. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The location is miles from central Palermo with unreliable local transport. The access road is narrow and dirty. The area is all hemmed in by high rise apartments on narrow streets.

Cosy place, the breakfast is amazing wow.

Isolation is bad, bed is soso, staff doesn't speak a good english lol.

Breakfast was really good. The location made it easy to find parking spots and it's relatively close to both the center of the city and the beach.

Room had mold and dead mosquito marks everywhere. Also the bathroom is too small for the price we paid

Great breakfast, everyone can choose. Nice garden inside. The bathroom is quite spacious, with shampoo and soap. Location is quiet, it's about 3 km on foot from the Mondello beach, but far from the city center.

Economy room - not so attractive, somewhere in the basement, quite dark. Only cold water in the bathroom.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Room with balcony facing quiet hotel restaurant. The internal hotel garden was very nice to have a walk. Good but expensive restaurant. The restaurant staff spoke English very well, unlike the hotel staff. However, the hotel staff was also helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast with a variety of food and drinks.

The hotel area was very dirty and looked unsafe. It was not easy to find the hotel entry(no signs of the hotel, and google maps showed it as opposite on the street) The bedroom had a very bad smell. The shower wasn't cleaned up. Four stars are overrated.

Great place. We only had a short layover, so 24 hour check in was important. Nice place. Staff was very helpful with transportation to the airport.

As I arrived in my room after a days work and really tired 😫 at 11.00pm next to my room was a disco with very loud music. I phoned reception and they told me that there was nothing they can do because the sound came from a neighbouring place so I asked when they are going to switch off the sound and they told me perhaps at midnight. The disco ended at 1.00 am in the morning. I will never return to this hotel again.

The hotel was clean the staff was incredible...amazing stay!

It is a bit far from the city center.
