we had an economy room but it was fabulous, small sitting area, plenty wardrobe space, modern bathroom with coloured lights if wanted. comfy bed.

it was a little way from centre but walkable and close to train station.

The outside of the hitel did not match the inside.. car park is rather shabby and gives a bad first impression

Location was excellent for station and easy to get into the town. Room was large, warm and clean. The staff were excellent, recommending restaurants and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Every time we went out or came back to the hotel groups of men and youths were gathered at the back of the hotel and in the road to the side of the property, several of them were drunk.

Close to the train station. Supermarket close by. Friendly staff. Clean room.

My room is close to the elevator so sometimes there's a bit noise.

it was quite a nice stay. got a free upgrade, very clean place

we have a three weeks travel, i always booked for our family, when I checked out, they charged me unexpected fee, told me I have to pay the extra bed fee for my child. I told him I already booked for two adults and one child, the man said no, in their record, I only booked for two adults, and told me they would refund the extra bed fee if I could provide my booking details for two adults and one child. At that time, we have to go to our next destination, so I pay the fee. the same day night, I found my booking information and sent it to the hotel, asked them to refund the extra bed fee, i never got response.

Walking distance to everything. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and they were free bicycles that we could use. parking was also extremely easy.

At first it seemed like the area wasn’t that good. But it ended up it was just because it was close to the train station so that is a big plus for many people.

Bed was hard as a rock and pillows as flat as crepes, also the lights over sink didn’t work - quite dark , bath didn’t drain, sink plug didn’t work. Extra taxes and car parking charges unaware of.
