Well kept hotel and very well placed to enjoy Rimini. The price of the room was decent and the hotel was satisfactory overall.

The rooms are a little on the small side and I find there are far too many slamming doors and moving furniture in the morning. Maybe it's the guests or the cleaning staff, I don't know, but that's the only negative. The establishment's mascot dog is very handsome and you (almost) won't hear him.

Location great…room was very comfortable and clean coffee at breakfast was very good. Parking for our motorcycle.

The breakfast was very dissatisfying. We were expecting better breakfast based on current reviews. We were left only to have cereal as our only real choice. The fried eggs were inedible. Akin to rubbee. Cakes were below par.. coffee as mentioned was very good.

Great Breakfast, close to the beaches and the main strip, very friendly staff, I was invited to an event and booked an extra night, the hotel gave me an upgrade so I didn’t had to change the room. I couldn’t enjoy the SPA, but I think this is very nice as well.

A really beautiful hotel in perfect location. Sincerely friendly staff who willingly dealt with all requests (I dealt with at least 10 different employees). The room was beautiful, bright, clean, quiet even though the window was facing the street, great layout and with a balcony! Delicious breakfast, either Italian or a savory option. The hotel is very close to beach, restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, but also to the city center. The hotel offers various services, some of which are free of charge - I used the bicycle rental for trips to the center. The town is beautiful.

(mostly we pay 5-15 €) - The Spa is not free- I expect a Spa to be free (as it mostly is) to use if you call your Hotel name "Spa" - Expensive car park. So we just parked around the block

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The breakfast was incredible -- so delicious, so fresh, and so many choices! The spa was fantastic, and a terrific value! Everything about our stay was exceptional! We saw someone give this a bad review, criticizing the staff as rude, and I have to say very clearly that that is NOT true! I'm not sure what was bothering that person, but the staff was so kind and helpful in every way!

Hotel for dogs, barkings everyday from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Moreover, the ventilation system will transport the sound from the rooms next to yours, you're basically sharing all conversations happening in the other rooms around.

Scandalous. I didn't understand how they manage to be a 4 star. The staff are not nice at all. I regret choosing to stay here.The breakfast is very very poor.

Great hotel with very good breakfast 😊 The hotel is pretty and clean with nice rooms. Easy to reach and very close to the beach. Staff is super friendly and always help when needed.

I got a single room, it was clean and nice room with balcony, but sadly a bit tiny, i had bit trouble because if i open my suitcase the room was full and i had to step over it. otherwise it was all perfect 😊

The air condition turned off automatically at night and made it difficult to sleep because of the heat
