The location of the hotel is perfect. The restroom of room is very clean.The workers are very friendly.

Very hard bed.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, an ideal destination for those wishing to explore the city's main attractions - including local restaurants. Our special requests were fulfilled. Breakfast perhaps not too rich, but there is something for everyone. Super coffee!

Unfortunately, we hit a time of renovation - however, I will admit that we were in low season when there were not too many tourists. It's a shame that this information was missing from the hotel website and the news. For those who appreciate quiet at night, the restaurants and bars located in the same building may be an obstacle. It is very noisy until late at night. Poor room lighting - even with all the lights on, it is very dark.

Excellent location in the middle of town, adjacent to all of the historical buildings (cathedral etc) plus the violin museum. A leisurely 20 minute walk away from the train station. Decent pizza place right across the square. Adequate room and bathroom size.

Not much not to like. Maybe the elevator could have been faster, might be a problem when the hotel is really full. Breakfast selection standard.

No free bottled water provided; no power outlet near the bed or night stand; drainage in the shower is a bit slow(temporarily flooded floor).

The location was good

The bed was hard. The room was cold. I missed a duvet and only had a blanket. It was very noicy in the hotel and I had trouble sleeping.

very kind and helpful stuff! The parking was easy and near the hotel. Breakfast was good and the ladies were very kind. Location is top!

Communication was easy, location excellent. By and large you get what you expect - a hotel in the middle of the town, but nothing more. It's supposed to be a four star hotel, but I honestly don't know for what they got the fourth star. The room, the entire hotel didn't have anything special. All in all I thought it was , for the late time in the year, overpriced.

No particular complaints. There was a lot of noise coming from the piazza in the night, but the hotel can't change that, being right in the centre of the town. There was no separate shower cabinet. The bathroom was equipped wit a tub, where you had to stand in to shower - not something you would expect from a four start hotel.

Noise from the square outside every night, thin walls between rooms which made 1 night particularily difficult, happily remaining 3 nights were fine. The bed could be more comfortable. And there should be more vegan options at breakfast!

Poor breakfast. Room outdated.

The inicial room was under expectations, too small and too basic. Due to some issues ,of Mal functioning, I was upgraded to reasonable room. Pleasant staff, for me excellent breakfast. Excellent location. Excellent air conditioning and quite room in strick center of The city. Easy access to main spots of interests. Especial bónus: they accept animals and Even big ones which was pleasant surprise ( almost impossible in Italy). No problems with emitting the receipt, which was also A very nice positive surprise.

No negative comments. Maybe - it could be more specific in defining the condition of the rooms and to avoid misunderstanding. Breakfast excellent... but the restaurant could be more cozy and “fancy”... some people ... like it. Food and the service excellent.

Aging bedding and furniture in bedrooms. Property could use a facelift - not necessarily a renovation. Kind of spooky that all the hall lights went out at night, forcing you to walk fairly far down the hall before they’d come on.

The location is in the heart of the city, staff is very pleasant and helpful, parking is available nearby
