Hotel on the outside looks great! Location is perfect. Great Staff 10/10 - the only reason to stay here would be the helpful staff! Cleaning Team are also very friendly but of course Italian friendly..

The room was in a very bad shape. It really needs a refurbishment, the wood had long black spots like it had water damage. The room itself had cockroaches etc.. so be mindful! I stayed here 4 years ago, was way better!

Breakfast was lovely and (although I am not vegan) there were lots of vegan options and gluten free. The pool was great and always had lots of sun loungers and the staff kept it clean. Staff were lovely at the reception desk and at the pool. Good choice of drinks at the bar but expensive. The mini fridge in our room was always restocked with water and crisps, etc.

Lunch and dinner food was not nice. The pizza at the hotel was the worst I have ever had and the bruschetta was really really not nice. The bar staff were rarely at the bar, so we would have to wait for 10-15 mins or more for them to return. We had drinks by the pool some days and 4 meals over a week and we were shocked by how expensive the tab came to. A coca cola was alone €5, which is way too expensive. We would have spent a lot more time in the hotel if the food was better and it was not as expensive. Lots of large conferences were held the week we stayed and men and women in business suits would congregate directly beside the pool which was a little bit uncomfortable as people were having business meetings looking over the pool while you're laying there in a bikini. It would have been less uncomfortable if they had been directed to gather in the back terrace rather than inches from the half naked sun bathers.

great location and good value for money. close to all the things you want to see. The markets were a highlight all walking distance.

The position of the hotel is great, easy walking distance to everything but opposite the sea so still a feeling of space and breeze. The concierges were really helpful with good advice.

Our rooms were enormous for one person, and with uncomfortable hard single beds. The WC wasn't clean, and the shower had very little power yet still managed to floor the bathroom floor. The pool area wasn't particularly inviting either with the pool floor being dirty.

The pool area was very good & we liked the view whilst having our breakfast outside. Bed was comfortable.

Soundproofing ~ the TV in the next room was blaring on one occasion & another room TV woke me up during the night.

10/10 good food and friendly staff

Modern and cosy, lovely facilities, great pool, great court yard

- No gluten free cereals, nor gluten free bread. Only gf biscuits but biscuits are not really proper breakfast. - there was an event in the lobby, we were trying to relax and got disturbed by many people. - not enough staff at the reception, there was a long queue all the time.

Superb hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

My room was at the front of the hotel and it was sometimes noisy into the early hours. The noise didn't come from the traffic!

Breakfast was well run and in pleasant surroundings suited more to Italian tastes but quality was good. Dinner meals were excellent

Too many noisy big tour groups

We had a room with a balcony that overlooked a lovely courtyard and from the balcony you could see the ocean. Our room was maintained by the cleaning staff very well. The breakfast has a lot of choices, but there seemed a problem with the coffee machines, as there was an inconsistency in the quality of coffee dispersed.

I asked for a room with 2 beds and when we arrived they only had rooms with double beds, even though I requested for them through booking.com. The hotel said that if I wanted 2 beds that I would have to specifically request that in the comments section. BUT Booking asked me when I booked if I wanted 2 beds and I said yes. So that was annoying Also they charged me for breakfast even though I was pretty sure Booking.com said it was included. Also the homeless men around the parking lot in front of the hotel made me uncomfortable parking my car there overnight.

The room was clean, the sea view amazing and the location 15 min. Walking to the city center, there is also bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, they suggested places to visit.
