They received our luggage early and were very helpful in finding drivers and providing other information.

The location, I must say is useful in the very center of Amalfi

I didn't like at all how the receptionist welcomed me. She was quite dismissive and rude when we arrived to drop off our luggage, even though the hotel confirmed me that it was perfectly Ok the time before the Check-in. Also, at the moment of the Check-in it was another receptionist, same rude attitude. Those exchanges were not a pleasant experience at all. Instead "Of showing courtesy", you would be working on your staff, even if a client comes outside the Check-in time to only drop-off the luggage (which by the way confirmed by you that it was possible without any issue) there is not reason to have a disrespectful treatment. The shower is a mess and the decoration... well see for yourself.

The room was exceptionally clean

Although very easy to explain, the instructions of how to get there and park the car were confusing and even after 3 phone calls it remained confusing.

The room was clean and has a nice design. The location is very central and lively. A lot of restaurants near by.

The room did not have any hangers for the towels which is not good for a hotel by the sea side. The fridge in the room is very small and quite old. The staff was sometimes not polite and following strict rules (e.g. not allowing us to eat in the room, taking away our bed linen without asking). The breakfast was of poor quality (e.g. dry pastries, not fresh products like cheese and butter, burned coffee).

The Place is in a central zone. The shower was awesome.

Breakfast included but not included... You need to say what to eat the day before and you discover it the day later. You cannot charge device when outside the room. The staff warned me about this. The minibar was empty.

The only problem is the door of the toilet when we had a shower the water comes out..and we are 4 so we need to dry the floor rug so it won't soak tl wet..but everything was fine

The location is exactly at the heart of the town. It is literally 2 min walk from Duomo. The place was clean and comfortable and felt like home! On the rooftop it has a terrace suitable for smokers with a nice view. The Covid measures they have made us feel safe. The staff were amazing, really polite and helpful, it was an extraordinary experience and we will try to come back again!

Air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night and would not turn back on

The location was in the center of Amalfi, 3 to 5 minutes walking to the beach, very important that there are no stairs to climb, also the biggest super market was near the building for water and others stuffs if needed. The room was modern, bathroom with everything you need, every day the room was cleaned. The staff was friendly, helpfull with every question that you have. The breakfast was awesome. We enjoy the vacation at Sharon House for 7 days (09.07.2020). We will gladly turn back here in the comming future.

A concierge would be helpful sometimes without the language we made a lot of mistakes... There were a lot of sweets for a continental breakfast but nothing good. One waitress needs better customer service.

Rooms are right next to each other. You can hear all conversations from neighboring room. You can hear all the water running as well. Not much privacy.

The location is perfect! Its really near the main street and there is no noise at all at night! The staff is super nice.
