وجود أعمال صيانه في جزء كبير من الفندق ( نصف الفندق تقريباً ) موقف السيارات بمقابل مادي ( 450 ليره ) لكل دخول وخروج في الباركينغ وهو مكلف جداً السرير غير مريح ومتعب لا يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه

Osoblje je jako ljubazno, a hotel je u blizini kongresnog centra, kome je to znacajno zbog posla.

Svi SPA/bazen sadrzaji su bili zatvoreni zbog renoviranja, ali cena je i dalje jako visoka, sto je neprihvatljivo. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i trudili su se maximalno, ali zaista je odnos cene i kvaliteta nesrazmeran. Soba je veoma stara, u rangu hotela sa 3 zvezdice, pogled na zgrade. Dorucak se dodatno placa, sto me je iskreno sokiralo, jer sam podrazumevala da je dorucak ukljucen u tu cenu, koja apsolutno nije u skladu sto onim sto se dobija. Dakle, potpuni promasaj sa izborom hotela.

The hotel staff excellent .The location and amenities amazing.But the rooms are very old and run down ,I guess they are renovating them,.But the view from the room outstaning view with Bosphorous.

The room was very old and run down for 5 star property and especially when the exterior and all the amenities are so nice.

المكان مريح وجميل ويعتبر من افضل الفنادق باسطنبول وقريب له الاشياء المهمه وشارع تقسيم وفيه استاذ احمد اعتبره استشاري لاي مسافر لاسطنبول يعطيك الاشياء المهمه بالفندق وباسطنبول ونصوح مره وراقي وتعامله محترم جدا جدا وخلوق مره ماشاء الله عليه

I wish we had a view at the bosphorus and more activities for kids.

I like the location of the property and the view. Since the property is under complete renovation so more than half of the facilities were closed.

The housekeeping staff were rude and non-cooperative at all, they were using our toileteries and perfumes on a daily basis. Not good and honest at all.

Old construction. Bedrooms were old. Bathrooms were really old and water coming out of shower area to the bathroom

Les chambres bien que vieillottes sont confortables et la literie top.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel entre autre parce qu'il y avait un SPA et une piscine, mais arrivés là bas....fermé pour cause de travaux. Lors de la réservation rien ne précisait. Nous leur avons dit. Et comme Booking.com ne fonctionne pas en Turquie nous n'avons pas pu leur montrer notre réservation. Aucun geste commercial car ils nous ont dit que c'était annoncé. Bref, pas cool.

Very good location and kind staff.

Room cleaning was not up to the standard daily; it will be required to keep informing the staff and the deputy manager. Room service is fantastic, and there is helpful staff even if you ask to do anything. Also what is good there is the staff guide you to good places to visit and facilities everything for you.

Staff at the property were amazing good right from the start when you come in the hotel. We had a room manager ozlem caliskan absolutely amazing , he created special gifts for the kids and it made me cry. It was such a good thought for them to see that . The location was perfect. The services were first class

The facility’s pool was under maintenance but they were willing to transport us to another hotel to enjoy it. That is brilliant service

Amazing experience! The welcome, the stay, and the service were all exceptional. We got an upgrade to the Presidential Suite and that was a surprise. At the beginning, it was for one night and then surprisingly extended for our whole stay. Everyone Ismail, Betul, Fuat, and Mervenur (hopefully I didn't forget anyone) were always available for whatever we needed. Breakfast, service, cleanliness, and restaurants were all excellent. For sure our choice for our next visit to Istanbul!

The location and the staff were amazing. The people were amazing and supportive. Food is great, people are accommodating and nice. We had a wonderful stay. We had fun sitting on the terrace cafe/bar late in the night. The breakfast was great too and specially enjoyed the coffee. Mr.Halit, Mr.Mudjat and Mr.Zeynep were specially very helpful. There was a kind lady as well but unfortunately do not know her name.

The shower feels old, it is clean but doesn't fit the aesthetics for the hotel. Specially since it is nice overall.
