Location: basically if you need something right next to the airport especially for an overnight it’s perfect. Beds and pillows were soft and suitable for a good sleep.

Directions to get there were not easy to figure out! Note for future customers, there is a tunnel from T1 & 3 that connects it to the airport Room furniture needs a fix. Very old fashioned and outdated. Long queues checking in! Room could be cleaned better! There was no mention of taking €75 deposit on the credit card when booking.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The check-in staff was okay but seemed preoccupied with their own conversation. The price per night was expensive.

Location is wonderful for getting a flight the next day. Front staff was excellent, friendly, very helpful. The restaurant’s food was acceptable.

The restaurant was my main complaint. The first night for dinner, we waited about an hour for 2 hamburgers. My friend was about ready to strangle the man that took our order. The next day we went for lunch at 12:30, which was when they were supposed to open. We were informed that there was a “problem” and it wouldn’t open for at least 30 mins. At least at this visit, when we finally got in, the service was really good and food came fast.

Good location. That is the only nice thing I can say about this place.

Expensive for what it is.

The hotel location was perfect, and the room, although I think we had the accessibility room for some reason, was a decent size.

The restaurant service was bad. We had invited our aunt and uncle who live in Rome, to have a dessert and drink with us at the hotel before we flew home. The wait staff seated 6 of us in the hotel restaurant at 5:15 pm, took our order after 20 minutes, we ordered 3 desserts, 2 beers, 2 wines and a litre of water and then came back and told us because we hadn't ordered food, we would have to move to the bar area. This was so embrassing to my husband and myself. Our 90 year old aunt and uncle had to move to a small, loud and crowded area, with a tiny glass table and eat their ice cream, basically on their lap. Why did this happen? The restaurant wasn't crowded. Very embrassing. 😔 Our second issue was waiting 45 minutes to be seated for dinner in the same restaurant after being told it would be a 10 minute wait. 3rd issue: the 2 computers in the business area, one wasn't working and the other had keyboard issues, so checking in, as noted in the promos of the hotel, took us over 1/2 an hour. It wasn't user error. The @ sign on the keyboard was stuck, the kind part of this story is that after much frustration, the front desk staff was able to figure out a go-around and finally, we were able to check in. ✔️
