I like everything especially the facilities and the staffs. They are all kind and nice

The shower. The temperature doesnt stay longer as I'd like. Every 3mins it become too hot then it change to the normal temperature

We stayed in a one room apartment with sea view. The personal was very friendly and helpful, from the reception, to the bar outside, the cleaning ladies and also at the spa. We appreciate this as it is part of a nice experience of the holidays. They considered our wish of an apartment in a higher floor and the view was great from both the room and the living space. Comfortable balcony for two people. Everything was very clean. The hotel is very close to the beach and not far from some restaurants. There is a heated pool outside although in the morning the water was still cold but I guess it's normal but the water temperature was great in the afternoon/ evening time. We had a very pleasant time. We would definitely go back. Thanks for a nice and relax stay :)!

It would be nice to have longer times for the spa and the bar outside. They closed at 19:00 and 18:30 respectively, which shortens the time to be at the beach in the afternoon and being able to enjoy the pool, spa and bar at the hotel. We would have liked a double bed instead of two separated bed put together, but we prioritized the higher floor and the view so maybe it was simply not possible. The sheets from the beds were small, meaning they could not covered none of the sides of the mattress. One could see the mattress exposed even though we tried to stretch them, it was not possible and even after they changed them for new sheets so... the sheets are too small. The water at the pool of the spa was 32 degrees, it was ok but a little bit warmer would have been better ;) As for the rest, everything was great :)

Staff were great, very friendly as mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was good. facilities were as described. Very clean and nice white fine sandy beach a few meters from the hotel.

Rooms are a bit small for a family of four. Bed pillows a bit flat.

the gym is very lightly equiped, the water at least in the kids pool could be warmer- it was so cold.

Good location, the beach is very near, around 100m from the garden entrance. Good pools with sufficient sunbeds, great animation for young teenagers, our kids 10 + 14 vere excited. The family room/apartment was comfy and not crowded, well equipped. Booked only breakfast, but paying the difference to half board was possible on a nightly basis, and well worth the price, as the food was very good.

Street noise is present if you are on the main street side, no views from the first floor. I would recommend 3-5 floor seaside room, from there you would have great views in the subrise above the sea. Landside higher rooms would also offer some nice views to lake area.

Distance to the beach, view from hotel was just incredible, equipment of apartment and kitchen was full, everything clean
