the hotel is in a pretty secluded location away from the main touristy area with only few restaurants nearby and no bars and no nightlife. the guests are mainly couples, did not see any families. nice view of the bay. good breakfast. excellent spa pool and sauna. OK swimming pools with loungers and nice background music. friendly and helpful staff. very clean throughout. nice bathroom

our room was small and dated inside (but the bathroom was very good), the balcony had peeling plaster, it was more like 3 star level. apparently our part of the hotel has not been refurbished, the nice rooms are in the refurbished main area and are called the premium rooms which are more expensive. there is no proper beach area, only a small public swimming area across the road which was not nice, you need to get a bus to go to a nice beach. as the hotel is away from the main tourist areas, you need to use buses which are one each hour or so

EVERYTHING! Clean room, nice stuff, delicious breakfast and drinks, awesome neighborhood! Spa and tennis were also free of charge! Cool atmosphere! Honestly, perfect! Recommended to everyone! Would be staying there for our next trip to the island!

The hotel is really needs real update and renovation. The pool beds, ground by the pools, bar by the beach really must be cleaned as looks like nobody cares about cleaneles. Air conditioning works very poorly.. Two separate beds pulled to each other which separates very easily. Hotel is by the little beach, but that's all.. If you want spend evening in the city you need to walk 2.5km or take a taxi. In principal is simple avaregarge hotel.. Personal is trying to make this hotel in all best possible way, but I am doubting if its possible without serious renovation.

The room space is very efficient used. I loved the details.

The child of 7 years old is considered adult.

Excellent service. All employees were extremely helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms are classy with an excellent bed/mattress, some special touches (fan, glass balcony fences), quiet and calm. The pool area has a special vibe with the furniture, the music and the drinks’ service. The food is excellent with a wide variety of Spanish and international choices. Will book again next year!

The location of the hotel is great, very calm area with some small beaches and spots by the sea. The beach is really one minute of walk from the hotel. And you can take hotel towels to the beach. The hotel seems to be overall more for adults. It is obviously an older building but the main parts are nicely renovated and stylish. We liked a lot the ‘Boat House’ bar at the beach with nice food and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and nice. Breakfast bufet was very satisfactory. The room had suboptimal but working AC, but it was nice and clean. It is obviously and older hotel but some parts of it are nicely renovated. Would love to come back When its fully done.

We were very dissapointed at first by the room we got. We were excited about the stylish rooms but we got one in the old building with much more dated look- room I would put in a 2 or 3 star hotel, not 4… but after the initial dissapointment we got used to the room and it had AC and was clean so it was ok. But we felt like we were paying for the things we were not getting…the gym was under equipped withou any free weights and dated equipment. The pools look amazing and have cozy areas but all the sunbeds were taken from the morning- which was prohibitied according to the ‘hotel rules’ but no one payed attention to that.

Great resort! I will definitely stay there again. The staff were incredible, even remembered me and my room number when asking questions. They were proactive with suggestions of things in the area I might like. The facilities are great - make sure you plan a day to do nothing but hang by the pools. They have on-site parking and also a shuttle into the two towns nearby.

Amazing hotel, refurbished parts really done with a lot of style. Great location close to Aucanada beach, calm, nice beach bar where you can do yoga every morning…really good food, and very nice staff :) they even have available a room if you want to stay longer last day to take a shower and change cloths before you go - really appreciated as my flight was late in the evening. I will for sure return!

The only thing is that you have to take a bus to go to port d Alcudia and the service finish at around 20:00… then you need to walk 30min :)

When I arrived, I had a suite with double bed. You gave me a suite with 2 small bed with a AC that doesn’t work at all correctly. I had to change to the new building with a normal room. The new rooms are the only great positif point of the hotel. AC is very good and it’s very clean and fresh. The hotel needs to paint where is missing paint in the old building. Change the all AC systèm in the old building and put AC in the all Building always. It was too hot from the reception until we rooms. The hotel needs as well to change the elevator, all the elevators. They are old and dirty. Button are old and dirty. The Food, my god, a nightmare! Orange juice needs to be fresh press and not chimical one, it was a distaster. The boiled eggs every morning over cooked ! Coffee are disgusting as well, change the machine ! Foods had no taste and very very very bad quality! Big négatif point also for the parking not next to the hotel. For me this is not a 4 stars hotel but a 2,5 stars.

- The room (didn’t have anything to do with the photos online) - The cleanliness (one day I found toenails under the bed - not ours clearly / one day it smelled like on a fish market in our room) - The facilities (our shower was broken and flooded our whole bathroom, it did not get fixed even though we told it three times) - The food (breakfast was fine but apart from that the quality of food is horrible and for that way too expensive, not even the Sandwiches we’re enjoyable) - The staff (seemed to be short on plates, sometimes they were so in a rush to get the plates back that they took it away while we were still eating / even after complaining about smell and cleanliness, I just got a „Oh that’s so weird“ - no apology, no idea of improvement…for sure not what I expect of a four stars hotel) - The pool area (not enough options to stay in the shade as they don’t provide enough umbrellas / you have to be there at 8 am, otherwise all the spots are taken)

Very clean and modern, sea view room excellent, breakfast excellent and staff friendly, especially Gloria was amazing, always so friendly and welcomed with a smile

very nice and clean facilities like the pool and the rooms. the location is very good, the bus stops near the hotel and a 25-minute walk takes you to alcudia. The staff in general were also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and extensive, even with cava :). The bar and lunch are also very well cared for. thanks for the nice stay, highly recommended!

The elevator to the searoom has scared us a few times, it doesn't open immediately and shudders and trembles. Dinner was also a bit more disappointing when you look at what you get for breakfast. a little too expensive for what you get

This is a great location, very beautiful with nice restaurants nearby and a lovely beach and swimming pool to enjoy. Breakfast was super and the staff were friendly and helpful. i look forward to returning.

The bar staff didn't know how to make a shandy - no problem i guess i'll survive :) And the sea was cold to swim in. Otherwise we had no problems.

Breakfast was very good, excellent quality and range but coffee can be improved. Very friendly staff. Rooms had just been refurbished beautifully. Amazing ocean views. At the hotel You can rent a bike, paddle board and you have a early yoga class in front of the sea , it was amazing.

the room was lovely, kept very clean, fresh towels daily, great view of sea from balcony.

Room too hot, fan didn’t work, no air-con. Food not great - especially the evening buffet, disappointing. I ended up going out a lot to eat & had paid for B&B and dinner!

Breakfast

Gorgeous views from the Deluxe Seaview rooms, newly renovated rooms (be aware there are also old rooms bookable which are just a little re-furbished and not fully renovated). Good breakfast with variations. Nice newly renovated outdoor pools and an outdated but still ok indoor-pool which was good for cloudy days. Great location outside of the hustle of Alcudia port. The beach of Alcudia is a 5 minutes drive away, a little beach is in front of the hotel, a gorgeous pebble beach in a natural preserved area and so without any beach services just 7 minutes walking. Hotel is still in transition, on a daily basis there are some new things like new furniture in the restaurant or re-fitted elevators. However this renovation work was in the background and not interrupting our stay. It is very calm and relaxing.

Though everything is very clean, some parts would need to be looked at. Why is there packaging and two mattresses at the indoor pool? I assume a left over from renovation. Why is the way from parking to the hotel - a way guests go several times a stay - not looked after, simply remove the plastic bottles, repair the lighting, cut a little the plants and plant some new; build a little wooden wall to hide the garbage area behind the pool bar from guests walking that way - would instantly give a better first impression. For some guests that is the first thing they see when arriving by car. A portafilter espresso at breakfast as an option would underscore your upgraded hotel quality, however I understand that this means more workload. The boiled eggs would need a heating lamp. And kudos for having vegan options at the buffet, however the whole section is just labelled with one sign as "Tofu" which no vegan or vegetarian will trust. You need to label all options at that section separately (no vegan will take a vegan lyoner if it is not clearly marked as vegan).

Upon arrival we could check-in early which was nice! BUT from then on everything about the service was bad: since this hotel is in the middle of renovations (which is not mentioned anywhere) there were all lot of problems.

Hotel is in full renovation: - the fans did not work anymore in all the rooms - suddenly the airconditioning also stopped working (min degrees is even 20 degrees) - dirty towels with big yellow stains - no soap available in room and repeatly asked for new - tennis court is not available (not mentioned anywhere) After we left after 3 days none of these problems have been solved. even after going 5 times to the reception al we get is “lo siento” and everyone shoves the issue on someone else… The guy responsible at the reception does not even seem to care..

We arrived late and unexpectedly the staff had left food for us, this was a very nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room and food disappointing, the food on the hotplate was cold and had been standing for some time.
