Location, easy to locate from motorway. Nice rooms.

Unloading area is a pedestrian walkway with a couple of lowered kerb sections to mount the walkway. Both were blocked off by parked, thoughtless arrivees checking in. Mounting a 9" kerb on a large, heavy motorcycle is asking for trouble so we unloaded parked on the road while traffic made its way past. In truth, if you are on a motorcycle avoid this Hotel.

The location was ok. The room was clean

The air con was not good. When we opened the window alot of city noise flooded the room. Air con was really needed and we didn't sleep very well

Walked here to stay on our last night of walking the Camino de Santiago. It had a wonderful breakfast and was walking distance to the bus station.

The room was big and comfortable. Location is good close to the city centre and free parking nearby.

No coffee and tea available in the room

Air Conditioning was not working, through the hotel i think. Unfortunately, it was a 30 degree day in May!! Unheard of for the area. The room was very hot, and very noisy when windows were open in an attempt to get some air.

Very clean, comfortable, walking to distance to old town and Calle Laurel (for many tapas options). Staff helpfully provided alternative hair dryer as the one installed in room was very noisy and didn't work well.

We booked a car park in advance but the carpark entrance (at the back of building) was not communicated so when we arrived, we had to guess where it was and circled to get there. We didn't know how to open the gate but one other car was going in and we followed. The turns were very tight and small lots, so have to navigate a few tight turns to B-2 where the lots are.

Nice hotel, under ground parking but a bit tight getting and out. Nice breakfast.

pillows very soft no good if you have a bad neck

Location excellent, the staff as well. We had to cancel part of the booking and tehy were super helpful without any extra charge.
