La habitación era cómoda y agradable.

El hotel no corresponde con un 4 estrellas. Esta reformado, pero hay lugares obsoletos. En la habitación el armario no esta forrado y no tenía estantes, solo tenía una cajonera que desentonaba con la decoración del la habitación.

Pequeno almoço bom, cama confortável, duche com ótima pressão e uma varanda com 2 cadeiras e uma mesa com vista para a piscina. Potência de secador razoável. Bom entretinimento à noite, gostei muito de jogar ao BINGO.

Problemas de sonorização, ouvia-se tudo, no corredor e no piso de cima. Para irmos para o nosso quarto, tínhamos de apanhar um elevador que só por si já era complicado porque só 2 estavam a dar para ir ao piso da receção e além disso, constantemente vinham cheios de gente, depois tínhamos de percorrer um corredor e descer 2 lances de escadas. Se não tivesse uma grande mala de porão atrás talvez não me tivesse incomodado. Tivemos um problema no jantar, supostamente tínhamos meia-pensão. Quando foi para jantar, chegamos ao local e o funcionário questionou-nos o nº do quarto, depois o nome e na lista que tinha, não mencionava nem uma coisa nem outra. Depois questionou por um papel que nos foi dado na receção ao fazermos o check-in da qual não sabíamos que era para levar e por isso ficou no quarto. O meu companheiro teve de ir lá buscar para apresentar enquanto fiquei à espera de pé na porta do local onde iriamos jantar. Depois o funcionário viu que pelo tempo que demorava disse que me podia sentar numa mesa que supostamente era para pessoas incapacitadas. Por fim, o funcionário recebe indicação da receção que realmente tínhamos direito ao jantar...ora, meu companheiro chegou com o papel e nem teve que mostrá-lo...entrou logo por indicação do funcionário. Quanto ao jantar, muito a desejar na parte das carnes. Não gostei de nenhuma carne que tinha sido servida no buffet. E tivemos que pagar pela bebida porque não estava incluída. Tempo de espera na fila do bar.

Very friendly staff, pool bar service also very good, very tasty meal.

The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of options. (the self-service coffee machine in the breakfast is bad) The coffee in the bar is better. The balcony with the pool and ocean view was enjoyable. The property was well-maintained for its age.

The property was old and outdated but the entire neighbourhood is also. It felt like I was in the early 90s. The breakfast buffet should go later, until 11 am.

Room was nice and clean, so was a bathroom. We liked the fact that hotel had an elevator. Location was fine, we enjoyed going to the beaches nearby.

Our stay was overall good and met our expectations, however we had quite a problem with reception - we sent multiple messages to the reception with specific question about food and plantbased friendliness. We tried to secure some food options for us (that would not be bread and vegetables for three days). Although we asked very specific questions about the menu and buffet we very brushed off with the sentence that "we will surely choose something in the buffet". When we arrived we found out that we can eat only bread and vegetables (which is not as enjoyable for 3 days as it sounds) - correction sometimes we had chips and one time rice. When we tried to deal with it on reception, they were very dismissive again and we did not manage to find solution with them. We literaly just wanted some form of plant protein source as garbanzos which are about 0.80 Euros for a kilo, which would lasted us for three days. I understand that hotel may not be plant-based friendly but we would appreciate some straightforward communication when directly asked - ideally in advance, we may have chosen different hotel. Regardless the staff in the dining room was very polite and tried to help, big plus for that. Another thing is that our room was quite a noisy in the night, windows do not sound proof very well and there was no climatization so we did not want to close the windows anyway.

When arriving we were given a room and found someone in the room on the toilet! We were then given a room on 9th floor with a toddler ! We arrived late on the first day so didn't eat . On the last day we asked for some pasta at lunch time to feed the toddler we were refused, even though we only ate at the hotel for 6 days! We also ate out a lot as the food tastes very similar. We will not return.

proximity to airport and gentleman at the reception desk was helpful. The Wifi was unavailable throughout my stay at the hotel due to issues with the Router throughout the premises of the hotel. The beds in the twin room I stay in were tiny and uncomfortable. The price I paid did not match the expectation.

Breakfast average bacon poor. Room fine, pool average, having the disabled lift from top patio down to bar by pool not functioning was disappointing all week. Having lift button to disabled lift on my floor missing for two days made it awkward to get into two door lifts with mobility scooter. It was only after staff member tried to get me to use disabled lift I had to explain button kaput that it was fixed. I must admit pretty quickly the same day. That did make things easier.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, the food, the pool, the hotel staff. I would go back to this hotel again.

I didn't like the beds in the room. They are very hard.

It was not our first stay and we will come again. Although the hotel is not 'modern' anymore, we appreciate the simplicity and feel at home.

The presence of many children in the restaurant (schools) transformed it in a canteen. Although we love children and are grand parents ourselves, we would have liked to eat in a quiter atmosfear. Coffee in a carton cup is not our favorite....

Staff on reception desk were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The gentleman on the desk when I checked in, assisted me with operating my room lights. The lady on the desk upon my checking out rang me a taxi to the airport.

The choices of hot food were fairly similar each day and limited. Chips, pasta, potatoes at lunch and dinner. Hot drinks were only available at breakfast, not at lunch or dinner time. I was travelling solo and made to feel like a leper - I sat at a table set up for 4 people, the dining room was very quite this particular lunchtime. The waitress, Patricia, very abruptly told me that was for 4 people and I am just 1, whilst pointing in the direction of tables for 2. I felt humiliated. Yes, I am just 1 and don't need it pointing out in a rude manner. I then felt on edge going to the dining room.
